I'm going to defend Mamoa, he seems like a good dude and he was awesome in stargate atlantis. He's going to be a really big action star and one that most of us will find perfectly acceptable...he's a bad motherfucker. But as Conan I'm not so sure. He looks only mildly beefed up over his Atlantis days. Obviously there's no way he could have turned the role down but I wish he would have. He's obviously always going to do well with the wimminz but putting in a so so performance as Conan is going to earn him the ire of most dudes, which is unfortunate cause he's going to play some bad ass role in the future which is more suited to him but most of us are going to be like "that dude that fucked up Conan? Fuck that movie!!!". Too bad.....I hope he does somehow pull it off but that's a tough act to follow.
