Never dieted and getting married in 40days

OK, my fellow buddies.

Right now I am 6'3" 230lbs and about 11% bf.

Current cycle= 15 weeks sust/500mg/week

weeks 7-15 winstrol 45mg ed
weeks 11-15 fina 150mg eod.

Right now my diet consists of something like this

6:30am 4 whole eggs, one piece of white toast and a protein shake

10:00am usually about 3 chicken breasts and some mashed potatoes
or 2 cans of tuna and some vegatable like green beans

1:00pm For lunch I usually go to subway and get the a 12inch sub and
6inch sub both a chicken.

3:00pm Again either chicken breasts, pork, venacine or Tuna and alot
of whatever it is.

5:30pm Protein shake


6:30pm workout


8:00pm Ranges from pasta and shrimp, venacine and baked potatoes
chicken and rice and to drink a gatorade


10:30pm Protein shake


So my goal is to get nice and shredded for the honey moon. I believe I eat pretty decent. But, I dont know how to take it to the next level of getting my body fat down to single digits....I have 40days to do it...............

PLEASE HELP WITH EVERYONES KNOWLEDGE.

If you're looking to get ripped..I think you need to cut your overall caloric intake a bit more...although you are consuming a lot of protein ..which is good...you still may be creating a bit of a caloric surplus..which is not conducive to losing BF....this almost looks like a moderate-carb bulking diet...not a cutting regime...for instance..if you're this desperate to lose BF in only 40 days...I wouldn't be eating high carb foods at 8PM (pasta or potatoes)...its one thing if you're bulking ..but not in this situation...stick to these general rules..
1. High protein to promote muscle retention during dieting...
2. Taper your carbs the later it gets....include some simple sugar carbs immediately after training...but other than that..the later it gets..you should be eating minimal carbs..after 8PM, I'de ONLY be consuming protein
3. Cardio in the AM..right after waking up..on an empty stomach...try and include some ECA :coffee: etc...

Well, after I workout I know how important it is to get a lot of carbs back into my system. How will I replinish my body if I dont eat them after I workout.?

just look forward to the next stage in your life and plan out the wedding right :) and spend time with your women and make sure that day is perfect :) (id feel like an ass if i was spending too much time dieting down etc and fucked up some detail in the wedding)

i have never seen a marriage photo where the man hits all 7 poses for pics.. :)

ur got a tux on bro !

Buddy...where did I ever say not to eat any carbs after training...I did say.."include some simple sugar carbs right after training". This plus a small amt of low-glycemic carbs in the next meal is acceptable...Its tough cause you dont get done working out till like 8PM...but you dont need to gorge yourself with carbs for the whole night following your workout...just make sure you get that high glycemic carb meal immediately after training....and you're good to go...

i agree, your calories may be too high, watch them close, weigh yourself daily and just monitor your eats daily if you want to be anal about it. If you're really at 11% now, you've been doing something right, you just need to do a small adjustment here or there. Include cardio 1st thing am, or drop carbs a bit.

I suppose you are taking a lot of photos and want to look your best, but if you are truly 11% then that is already pretty damn good.

BTW, Congratulations on finding your bride.
 
i agree. once you have your tux on. no one will notice the difference between 12% and 7%. concentaret on not geting ripped off by wedding vendors. :)
 
Guys I appreciate the concern about me concentrating on my wedding. I am going to be gone on a 2 week honeymoon and want to look my best for my soon to be wife. The wedding plans are all done, we are now just sitting back and waiting to see who is coming...................It is just something to keep me motivated............any suggestions for a good post work-out meal for me to eat? considering how late I train.
 
Try dropping the 530 pm protein shake and then right after workout slam a shake with very high protein and high carbs then another shake at 1030 protein no carbs. and the AM cardio is a real good suggestion. These 2 changes alone will help."Remember marriage is finding that one special person you can annoy for the rest of your life." Congrats Bro.

have you ever tried not eating carbs after a workout?

when i need to cut quickly but not super fast i just take in 30g of carbs PRE workout and 0 post workout and just take 2 whey shakes after the workout and a protein/fat meal before bed

it works really well for me so you should give it a shot.

if it doesnt i woudl just eat a piece of fruit or two post workout then take the protein and take in no more carbs after that

the rest of your diet you should just look to replace teh carbs with less dense carbs like green veggies and salads as opposed to bread/pasta/potatoes

get your subway on a wrap

cut rest time down in between sets

I am about he same size... 6'3" 235 8.6%. I will PM you some info that helped me a lot. It was tailored for my by a well known BB company in CA.

get a bunch of chicken breasts and bake them this way all you have to do is pop em in teh microwave and you have a quick meal saves lots of time

You dont eat carbs for 5.5 hours prior to lifting? I really have no experience to know if thats good to cut, but I know I wouldnt lift as good and it wouldnt be as fun.

And yea bro, just keep carbs at a minimum (ie near nothing) inthe after noon. (ie after 12pm)
If cutting were really important, a 12 inch sub should satisfy enough.
