If it's almost completely undigestable then how can you get fat from it? It should go right through you. Didn't the BB's of old thrive on the stuff? The mantra use to be: Squats+Milk=Mass. I don't know any other animals in nature that drink milk after infancy but that may be because they can't get it. Cats love milk. Besides, what animals eat cheese or tofu or ice cream? As humans we can manipulate our foods and it's availability in ways that animals cannot. Isn't whey and casein protein from milk? What enzymes do we lose as adults that prevent us from digesting milk and has this been scientifically established? I mean it's still just protein, carbs and fats. Which one of these macro-nutrients cannot be digested and why?
