Nelson - When do I stop dieting?

I have been carb cycling for about 8 months straight, and pretty much been on anabolic androgenic steroids for that time.....

M-Thurs is Low carb and kcal day I gradually decrease by thurs im at near ketosis induced carb amounts ( I get down to about 2200-2500 kcal)

I do this according to my BMR which is about 2900kcal

Fri-Sun Gradually increased KCAL by about 250-500cal ed and by sunday im piling in about 3500-4500k of Clean Clean food ( one cheat meal allowed becuase I am very aquainted with my body and what i will burn) On my high kcal/carb days I also make sure to have one type from every food pyramid to ensure I am getting all of nutreints from whole foods

I am a big believer in nutrient timing
this is my everyday supplement intake

customcaps blend ED (CEE, CAFFIENE, L-GLUT, 3TYPE ARGININE, TAURINE, NaR-alpha lipoic acid, 7-KETO-DHEA, Resveratrol [ derma sustain estro ingredient], Milk Thistle, Saw Palmetto Berries )

ed: 3g FLAX, 3-4g VIT C, 2xMULTI, 2xCalcium, 2xGlucosamine

Carb cycling every week : 4 low x 3 high days

Obviously by Thurs i feel a little run down, My question IS i have been making outstanding progress from carb cycling and lost about 5% bf WITHOUT cardio ( not to say i dont do cardio) and about 15 pounds......I have been getting bloods tests and physicals and everything is fine

My question is: How long can i continue my diet safely?

I am very literate on everything I am doing I value your opinion very highly, Any other diet gurus are welcome to chime in.

you G do u tend to put on put in lean mass while reducing BF by doing this with all the arsenal of gear lol

Fuck yeah, thats why i have been doing it for so long and have had my people doing it for so long

i have another buddy who dropped from 270 to 220 in 3 months from carb cycling and AAS/great training program
 
Congrats on the progress but to tell you the truth I'm not real big on carb depletion/cycling. I think what makes you lose bf, be it with cutting carbs or anything else, is the reduction in calories.

Saw Palmetto is an anti androgen and flax is also estrogenic.

So...even though you may have done thing differently than me, it's worked, so, mission accomplished. I'd suggest at this point, to just get back onto a sensible eating plan. Find the amount of calories that work for you and step up the training to keep burning fat. Emphasize protein and the rest will take care of itself. There are lots of training techniques that'll help burn fat without cardio.

Of course, losing the first few pounds is easier than losing the last few -- that's where the body goes into attempting to hoarde fat for survival. Ketosis is catabolic and will leave you with no energy. Isn't it better to have more energy and train harder and with less rest between sets? That'll do more to burn fat.

You may want to add ZIP to your supps. It hypes the thyroid and in the end, that's what burns fat. You can take stims, which will kill appetite and make you edgy, which burns fat, but the body becomes accustomed to it and once you go off, your metabolism is slower than when you started. This is why most everyone who uses them eventually gains the fat back.

If your current diet is 2900 cals you can continue it forever but it must come from all macronutrients including fat and carbs.

That's ONE explanation.

Right now IM injured my fucking torn elbow keeps swelling out of no where still.....

Im 195 10%bf 19in Bis my left one is going to shit becuase my elbow is TORN bigtime
