I've ordered almost every one of Needto's supplements with the exception of some of the newer items, and his service is top notch. Here is a small list of what I have ordered through Needto over the past several months:

We all have our stories about Needto and how great his customer service is. I've posted mine before, but I wanted to share my most recent experience with NeedtoBuildMuscle Inc.

I had, what I thought was a great 16 week cutting cycle planned with 2x Beastdrol, 2x Katanadrol, Dermacrine, T3, and then all my post cycle and liver support goodies. About 3 weeks in, the Katanadrol proved to be too strong for my overly sensitive nipples; I had to stop. After posting this in my log, Needto sent me a PM asking if I was ok, and if I had everything I needed to take care of my gyno. He said "If you need anything, let me know, I'll take care of you." I don't know any company owner that would reach out to the customer on his own (he PM'd me) asking if everything is ok and if there is anything he can do - truly unique in this industry.

I said I wanted to return the two bottles I had and get something else. Even more remarkable, he said "Don't worry about returning the Katanadrol, just let me know what you want and I will take care of you. Yesterday I received my 2x Forged Burner and Muscle Replenisher. Amazing customer service.

I'd like to thank Needto for his quality products and exceptional customer service. Behind every great man is an even better woman. Angel deserves just as much praise for her dedication to the customer as well. Both of you make a great team in life as you do in business. I will always be a Needtobuildmuscle customer not only because you have great products, but your dedication to putting the customer as number one is a rare quality in any industry now a days.

Good stuff. That is definitely great customer service. Needto obviously cares about people and not just about making a buck. Good customer service is definitely hard to find these days too and he goes above and beyond.
 
I'm with you FT! Needto is unlike any other dude in the industry truly unique!

He's like a older brother I've never had....
 
Thanks so much man. I hope everyone gets to experience my company and my character. There is way to many companies out there who could care less about the real foundation of things.

Its sad because I feel many business owners started out in this industry because they loved it. Some where along the line they lost that love and replaced it with the love of money and quick turn over sales. which makes me wonder where there heart was the whole time. I started out helping people and trying to make a difference in peoples lives. Helping people reach there goals,stick to there healthy life stile and just being a friend. I will take this with me to the grave and to the grave of my company if I have to.

The money I make I will invest back into making new products,taking care of the customers and my friends, and giving to the community around me. I will sponsor Athletes and lifting meets when ever I can. I will host contests and give out prizes when i can afford to do so. I will give out free samples or pic members and friends as product testers from elitefitness.

I already sponsor 5 athletes with plans to sponsor more. 2 IFBB level pros and 3 npc level pros As well as one woman who has been in the industry long enough for my father to know who she is.

What the hell else am I doing all this for. I don't care about being rich. As far as I am concerned I never had a thought in the world that I would ever be rich. Just happy to pay my damn bills. People are worth much more to me. I get paid in self pride,self accomplishment. I get paid in karma and knowing I changed some ones life,made there day,gave them hope,was a friend,did something of worth for some one. That is my payments and I get paid a pretty big wage and it pays out by the second lol..

My payment is threads like this of which I hope there is many more of over the years. I promise to every person that supports Myself and my company you are support something great. Something that I will make sure grows and grows and helps every person it comes in contact with. More products and lower prices too. The more I can afford the more I will give. The more people I can get on board and thinking the same way I do the better.

People helping people is NTBM's foundation. With out it its going no where and rightfully so. No one needs yet another run of the mill shit bag company that dont give a damn. I am sick of them, you are sick of them, we are all sick and tired of them.

So if I got a product that you need, and it just so happens to be a few more dollars then something at a huge suppliers store. Just remember what my product offers you and all the other people around us all. It offers us all a chance to say (fuck you) to the people that have been killing what all this should really be about. Besides I do my best to make sure products I sell are priced the best I can make them and or of the best quality you can get.

Is not only about business. He and his wife are beautiful beings. We all can perceive their level of positive spiritual energy spread around the board. They have a beautiful family, and will be prosper and happy in the future.
 
I have a similar story as well.. that sounds too familiar by now for most of you.

I did my first purchase with Needto last month, I kind of rushed into the purchase of 2x Kata-drol & 2xBeastdrol... Not that it was a mistake or a bad buy , but just that Beastdrol isn't too friendly on the hair line, and I'm already prone to MPB.

So I spoke with Needto and told him my situation.. He recommended Epi-Strong Instead.. by the time I had replied to get him to switch out the Beast, he'd already shipped it out.. I was willing to return the Beast and get Epi- instead but..

He right away told me not to worry about the Beastdrol, just sell it or give it away, and that he's shipping me 2x bottles of Epi-Strong free of charge

NEVER before have I experienced customer service such as this.. And I've become a loyal customer.. Now I'm Just waiting on the 2xEpi- To start my new cycle.. Probably post up a log for anyone interested.. :)
 
Neeto is defintiely a great guy. He does whatever he can to make his customers and friends happy and even goes out of his way to do so.

Top notch, Grade A+ bro in my book.
 
I've dealt with Needto as both a client and a vendor and I can tell you there's just not too many like him in any industry. Thanks for what you do bro. Can't think of anyone I'd rather deal with on either side of the transaction! :D

Who the hell is this "needto" guy??? Just kidding, I'm in the same boat as you guys. I ghost around and few people know who I am but he's always been there to help me along when I needed SOLID advice. The dude is always on the mark and I'm glad he's here.....love ya man!! NO HOMO!!

+1 to all the good things. i just dipped into my beast and diesel i have at 1 cap each per day. im 3 days in hit the gym for the first time since i started and had insanely huge pumps and i didnt want to stop lifting.

Thanks man. I started thinking if something is going to be late and I dont have it I should write a note and put it in the box explaining things. People hate being left in the dark.

I find if you just talk to people tell them the truth (hey I am back ordered) go out of your way to let them know it and do something to make it right well they wait. Well then people can respect that.

Liver support comes in some time this week. I will ship all the orders of it out then and maybe with more random free products.
 
Needto has fantastic customer service. This is amazing to me, considering needto practically runs his company by himself. This shows the dedication and work he puts into helping out others on EF and any outside customers. Without needto my physique would suffer, that is for sure. Thanks needto:D
 
Not many companys ships your order only in a few hours after you actually made the order.. Sure it will take some time shipping it across the world but just the fact Mr needto already packed my order is just amazing, thanks for that! And im sure i will be more than happy with your products!!!! :)

everytime I ordered from needto stuff arrived in a couple days. Still have another order arriving tomorrow. The replenisher stuff is pretty good, the n2kts stuff is great as well...forgot to pick up gear but will next time around. the products are great, but honestly I like the shipping the best...when I buy something I like to get it into my hands fast and he delivers :)

I can say this, I have worked with many companies, that include AI, USP, FOG, AA, etc. He is by far the most genuine owner of a company I have seen, he literally barely makes profit so that the customer is satisfied in every way. He also looks for the interst of people, not just what works. He is a guy I have no problem supporting; truely respectable individual.

I was most impressed with his customer service skills and patience. His products are the Best. Also a military veteran on top of that all. The man has character.
