Napsgear quick customer service after a mistake

I made a large order with Napsgear. This is the third time I've used them. After making the order I went back in and took a look at my order details. Could you believe it? I put in a wrong address. It would have gotten delivered to my neighbor across the street because I had the numbers off. I have a little bit of dyslexia so sometimes I screw that up.
I messaged them in a panic and I was really worried that they would not be able to fix it in time. I went to bed and could barely sleep. The next morning I woke up and checked my email and they had in fact changed the address. That is great customer service and I thank them greatly.

wow that would have been bad if it went to your neighbor and embarassing! Good thing Napsgear is on top of things. You don't see great customer service with sources like that.
