I use Need2slin 1 cap 3 times a day 30 mins before meals. You can use as many as 4 caps a day before meals and this is still a months worth. 2 caps before the most carb heavy meals and 1 cap with the other two. Many ways to run it but for me I find 1 cap 3 times a day works best.
