need vitamin advice

I am 36 6ft3 229 lbs and in the military.

I have been running about 3 times a week 2 miles each time. I am increasing my mileage and introducing alot of push ups, pull ups and situps. I have been taking a multivitamin and zinc daily. what vitamins/supplements do you guys reccomend. I am going to lose 15 to 20 lbs. thanks
 
Picked up some amino acid today also got some myoplex to use as a meal alternative. what are your thoughts on some of those testosterone vitamins that stores sell are they worth the money?

Absolute crap. Only "testosterone supplement" worthwhile is DHEA.
 
yea bro dont waste your money on crap like that .. if u gonna use a test booster dermacrine or if u want natural test booters nelsons unleashed or derma sus.. this site has stuff way better then gnc no need to buy stuff like this there

It's really good stuff tho, I'm on sustain right now... just finished up with dermacrine.. and I'm happy to say it was worth every penny.

Now to add to your list of vitamins.
I'm not sure what you eat, but I supplement the following..

Vitamin B complex
Calcium
Milk Thistle (a liver helper)
st johns wart (helps with depression, works good for me!)
fish oil (sooo good on so many different levels.)

I also keep on hand some shit to prevent sickness

Thanks or all the advice.

My current list of supps is as follows:

myoplex meal replacement
zinc
magnesium
dhea
multivitamin
and amino acids.

now the only advice i need is when to take. i have been taking the amino's, zinc, multi, magnesium, and dhea after my morning myoplex only problem is i feel a little sick afterwards. i am thinking of spreading them out to maybe amino's zinc and mag in the morning and the rest before bed what do you guys think??
