God, I hate this shit- you know why- cause I have to try not to gain weight to fast or I'll put on too much fat but I never have a problem putting weight on. You need to eat! Eat every 1.5-2 hrs. Every 3 hours if that's too hard. Calculate how many calories you need in a day and divide that up by 6-7 meals. Make sure you get your calories in! Add peanut butter to your meals, add Udo's oil blend, drink whole milk, eat whole eggs, steak, potatoes, eat pasta, cheese, Ice cream, whatever it takes bro to get those calories. People that say they can't gain weight- SIMPLY DON'T EAT- THEY ARE NOT EATERS- THEY DON'T LIKE TO EAT. ME- I watch the frigging clock to see when I can eat next. I think about my next meal- hmmm- what should I eat- YOU MUST LEARN TO LOVE TO EAT- EATING IS FUN.
Do me a favor: write down everything you eat tommorrow and the next 2 days. Post it! I will help you personally help you with your diet. If you can put on weight by eating without gear- just wait to see how much more you'll put on with the gear. Get the diet back in order- you will gain again. Feel free to PM me if you need any help.
