need some size

hey pros.... I am at a sticking point right now I have been on the juice for about 6 years off and off I weigh about 190lbs I want to get to 210 but can't seem to get past 190 nomatter how much protein,juice,or training I do.......HELP.......I need advise and someone who knows what I can do.... pm me . thanks :bawling:
 
Well gaining weight is all about diet. The only difference between people that use steriods as opposed to those that don't is we put on muscle instead of fat.
So if you wish to put on more weight then you need to take in more calories, there is no way around that.
 
Eat, eat and eat until you are ready to puke. If you can't handle that than sacrafice some things and just eat every hour of the day. Perhaps buying a weight gainer (although I feel they are crap) and just using a scoop of it with every meal or better yet add things to your shakes such as peanut butter (cheap) or real ice cream, etc. Just make sure to get a lot of quality protein in every meal and be creative with the rest if you are having that much trouble gaining weight.
 
God, I hate this shit- you know why- cause I have to try not to gain weight to fast or I'll put on too much fat but I never have a problem putting weight on. Not flaming but fuck- I just don't understand how people cannot gain weight???? This is you problem>>>>>>>>>>>>>> your not dedicated enough to your diet!!!! Make you diet first priority! You need to eat! Eat every 1.5-2 hrs. Every 3 hours if that's too hard. Calculate how many calories you need in a day and divide that up by 6-7 meals. Make sure you get your calories in! Add peanut butter to your meals, add Udo's oil blend, drink whole milk, eat whole eggs, steak, potatoes, eat pasta, cheese, Ice cream, whatever it takes bro to get those calories. People that say they can't gain weight- SIMPLY DON'T EAT- THEY ARE NOT EATERS- THEY DON'T LIKE TO EAT. ME- I watch the frigging clock to see when I can eat next. I think about my next meal- hmmm- what should I eat- YOU MUST LEARN TO LOVE TO EAT- EATING IS FUN.
Do me a favor: write down everything you eat tommorrow and the next 2 days. Post it! I will help you personally help you with your diet. If you can put on weight by eating without gear- just wait to see how much more you'll put on with the gear. Get the diet back in order- you will gain again. Feel free to PM me if you need any help.
