A friend of mine called me last night and wanted to know if I would want to go with him tommorrow to a bench press contest to compete.I said "sure why not?"I am not a powerlifter so this is all new to me,I am just going to compete for the fun of it.My question is,what should I eat tonight and tommorrow morning for breakfast that might help me.I weigh 200 lbs and bench about 345lbs without a bench shirt,do you think I will be very competitve?Any tips would be appreciated.
