NEED SOME QUICK ADVISE!I am going to a bench press contest tomorrow!

A friend of mine called me last night and wanted to know if I would want to go with him tommorrow to a bench press contest to compete.I said "sure why not?"I am not a powerlifter so this is all new to me,I am just going to compete for the fun of it.My question is,what should I eat tonight and tommorrow morning for breakfast that might help me.I weigh 200 lbs and bench about 345lbs without a bench shirt,do you think I will be very competitve?Any tips would be appreciated.

The day before, eat lots of fat.

The day of the competition, eat oatmeal and a couple of whole eggs at breakfest.

Before the contest, eat 1-2 tablespoons of raw honey.
 
The big question here would be what weight class are you going in? You wouldn't want to eat yourself into a higher weight class.
 
The way they are doing it is by age,I will be in the 19-29 yr old class.They see how much you can bench and calculate it by how much you weigh to decide who has the best lift.So weight wont be that much of an issue.
 
Caffene always helps me

I have never competed but if I take two No-Doz before I lift I always push more weight. Benched 405lbs weigh 184lbs I do have to say that my form wasn't all that great. My ass was off the bench a bit so I don't think it would count in a contest. Any way also wanted to say good luck. If you think you can push it you will. Let us know how it goes.

My buddy does these competitions - he's 180lbs and benches 505lbs - short dude, maybe 5'5". Hope that doesn't discourage you. I'm 6' 240lbs and can only put up 425lbs so he shames me the little bastard.
 
You might want to take 3 mini-thins (ephedrine) about an hour before you compete. They usually boost my focus and drive quite a bit. I take them for olympic lifting competitions that aren't drug tested.
