Need some help desperately please

I have taken AAS in the past

I do have a severe case of gyno

but it was starting to go away once i stopped the use of steroids, but there is one factor that increases my gyno

I have a severe case of ADD and i take adderall to help me to focus . . but ive been looking on the internet, and it helps cause gyno which fucking sucks . .


my question is . . if i ran a little of nolva/letrazole while i was taking adderall . . would that help my progesterone gyno

i really want to continue this adderall because i am a below average student really need something like this in my life right now.

What would your suggestions be? If i ran letra/nolva would that help the gyno?

can you clarify if it's estrogen or prolactin related gyno please. i would use dostinex or something similar to keep prolactin in check and aromasin for estrogen... letro has some bad sides to deal with.

The nolva, letro combo will kill it. I get gyno every cycle and that always takes care of it at the end of the cycle. pm needto, he can come up w/ something tailored for you if need be.

If it is severe maybe the better choice will be looking into plastic surgery.Thats relatively simple and inexpensive procedure.IMHO

I think letting some on butcher your tits up is a last resort. I dislike seing people throw this advice out there like candy.

How did you come to the conclusion that is was prog gyno bro?

If it is then you want to stay away from the nolva for the first half of your gyno reduction program (that is what I call it lol). Start out with letro 2.5mg ed and dos .5mg ed or bromo 2.5mg twice a day. Do this for the first week. After that I could not tell you what to do until you give me feed back on exactly how this effected your gyno,joints,mood,pretty much everything. There is no simple one size fits all program for everyone. Ya I think we all know what should do what but everyone is different.

You need some one to walk you threw it at least once. Then once you have been through it know what to look for you can do it your self later on if you have to. Its something you ether need to have some one help you with so you get the experience or take the one size fits all advice you get on the forums and fumble around on your own till you find out works for you.

Plastic surgery will be worthless if the source of the problem is not corrected. Is like a person who eats too much, gets liposuction done, will gain the same fat again unless he/she stops eating like a fuckin cow.

a little info . . fuck the adderol im done with that shit . . it fucks me up too much which hurts my gains (i do too much stupid shit unintentionally . .

but can anyone tell me what my gyno is then?

i've had gyno all my life, and i have also done a cycle of tren

but my body weight has gone from 240 pounds 20% BF to 210 9%BF, while i was hoping that the gyno was just a "phase" but

when i take letrazole even .5mg my body gets really crazy, and i feel 10x different from the estrogen being blocked

when i take nolva my nips are solid hard . . and i have RT or rock tit most of the time . . so im confused on which product will help me lose gyno if not do both. .

going to school and this shit makes it 10x harder too because i just simply don't give a fuck about anything except hot bitches and tests are my main concern in the long run. .

any advice would be awesome, thanks for everyones input so far - - its been my dream to battle this gyno and ill be damned if i let it keep bothering me


edit: i think im just going to run a 2-4 week cycle of letro at .5- 2.5 mg tapering up and then using 40mg nolva the first week and 20 mg the second so i don't rebound.

good luck with it either way. remember gyno will come back if there is an issue there that causes it. keep in mind also that those doses of letro will have some pretty bad emotional ans physical side effects.

without seeing a picture you could go on a diet and rip up only to find that it was fat deposits instead of gyno.
