Need Help

Ok, about to do my first cycle, 12 week test enanthate, 250mg 2x a week, mon, thurs..... was just gonna run that through 12week, take 12-14 off and then run clomid, was also thinkin on runnin hcg for the last 4weeks of the cycle..... should i be using nolva or a-dex throughout cycle or replace clomid with nolva. any advice is much appreciated

i am 21years old, first time cycle, bout 185lbs, have diet in check, just off a cut, lookin to put on size, trainin for past 2years consistently
 
why the rush to jump into steroids? 21 is still young.

how tall are you and what is your bf%
what is your lifting routine like and what is your diet?
 
Sounds like with proper diet and training you can reach more of your genetic potential before jumping on a cycle ! Either way , best of luck to you!!!

ye i know im bit young, but just wanna get an edge over some other ppl, im 6'0 ft and bf is around 12%... lift with a 5day split, chest, back, shoulders, legs, arms..... diet was low carb with moderate fats and high protein, gonna start to increase my carbs back up to moderate, eat roughly 6-7 times a day, try to eat clean foods, anythin else you would like to know?
 
basically tho, as much as ppl try talk me out of it, i plan on doing a 12week cycle of test e, order goes in on thursday and takes a week to arrive... the guy im gettin it from reckons i just need the test and thn run clomid as pct, but from what iv read, arimidex is good to hav durin cycle in case of gyno, alot of ppl prefer nolva to clomid and alot say to run hcg last 4weeks, do you think i will need all this or shud i b fine with the test e and clomid, thanks for your help
 
at 6ft 185 at 12% bf i can basically predict what will happen

by week 12 you will be up like 20 lbs if you bust your ass in the gym and eat good

2 months after pct you will most likely be down 15lbs


or you can change your diet.. change your training NOW and bust your ass naturally.

in 20 weeks you can easily be up 10lbs and be on your way to having a great foundation for doing roids in the future.
 
hmmm, why do you think i will drop so much after my PCT? ye earlier this year i put on bout 15lbs in 3months through diet and trainin but too much fat gain. iv given it alot of thought n think i am gonna go down the test e road.
 
the guy im getting it off says do the test and just clomid for pct, says i dnt need hcg... but from what iv read, i think hcg and nolva would b better for pct, and if gyno problems occur i could use the nova as an anti-e, do you think this is the best route
 
clomids whats ya dont need. Run hcg DURING cycle not after, to keep your testes working while on so they arent shut down hard. You are probably going to want an anti-E while at at 500mg a week also. Nolva is not an anti-e, it does nothing to prevent E from being created just prevents it from binding to the E receptor. Your better off preventing the buildup of E in the first place.
 
so, you think i should run hcg for last 4weeks of cycle? nolva 2weeks after last test shot? and have somethin like arimidex as an anti-e durin cycle? thats kinda what i was thinkin when the guy was sayin clomid, just wanted to clarify with some other guys who know more than me, thanks
 
6' 185, trying to gain weight and you say your diet is "in check"? Sorry bro, it's likely not. And you gained 15 lbs in 3 months already (good job), but you put on too much fat?

You've got a lot of learning to do. It's extremely difficult for hardgainers to really bulk up and add a lot of muscle without putting on some fat. You can do it up to a point, but to get beyond that it's damn near impossible. Also, working out 5 days a week is too much. You could gain 20 pounds in 12 weeks if you worked out less and ate more. Are you doing squats? Deadlifts? What does your "in check" diet look like? Give us a typical day. Also post your training with weights and rep ranges. Would you like to gain 20 lbs in the next 12 weeks or so, and another 20 lbs in 12 weeks after that...or just 20 lbs now and probably lose 10 after PCT?

You've already told us the answer really. You're going to do what you want to do come hell or high water, no matter what anyone here says. You're going to be the typical bro doing 2-3 cycles a year always hanging around the 190-205 lb. range doing it your way.

because you have not built up a good natural base yet.

keep working hard naturally on your diet and training.. when you really have it all figured ou that is when you want to jump into roids.. not before.. because when you come off you will lose most of what you have gained.. we have seen this THOUSANDS of times over and over again.
 
CEO is 100% right in what he said bro. Read what he and Zyg are telling you.
Then sleep on it.
At your size you really are throwing your money away to do a cycle and you really need to learn quite a bit more before you start putting chemicals into your bod.
I think you should realize that your guy really is not doing you a favor as of yet. It appears that he does not have your best intreest at heart but just wants to sell you some gear.

I will echo whats already been said.

I just think you are underdeveloped and young... give it a few years and keep working hard and good things will happen.

you have a good half a foot on me in height yet we weigh the same and have about the same bf.. that should tell you something about what kind of mass I have put on that past 15 years training as someone in their 30's. vs. someone like you who has been training for a short time and is still young. i don't even consider myself a beast, just a gym rat who people look at as being a meathead.

too many guys in their early 20's run cycles too early, then get frustrated and quit once they get a full time career, college, gf, kids, etc...
 
I agree with everyone here, im 22 myself been lifting for 3 years, 100% natural just taking whey isolate and creatine im 5'8 223lb with 17% BF, and your a year younger, 40lb lighter, 4inch taller than me and your looking for a shortcut ALREADY?? Put in some damn work man, im not against steroids, i just dont want to risk my health for some muscle since im already the size of a juice monkeys at the gym i see..
 
Just remember when nothing goes as plan, don't plan on writing why you dont know why your cycle didnt turn out the way you wanted. No sympathy will be found here. These guys know their shit. Ive watched some of my bros jump in to quickly and really f'ed themselves up. Take advice and go natty for awhile. Im 24 and still working on my base before I jump into anything. 6' 195lbs around 12% bodyfat. Lastly, find a bulking diet that you can do without roids and not gain a bunch of fat. Ive never had a bulk where I gained 15, but mostly fat. All I can advise is read read read and when you think you've read enough read more. The diet forum has some good info. Thats my 2 cents.

ok, i came on this forum for advice and it seems every1 is in agreement tht roids are not the way to go atm, so i am gonna listen to you, ill just go at it natural, guess i was just lookin for a cheat, i do 1.5hours swimming on wednesdays and either 1.5hours of cardio/circuits on fridays so i will be weight training mon, tues, thurs, sat, sun rest.... hopefully that cardio will help limit fat gain while eating 3000+cal, thanks for your help. one more q tho, when do you think is an appropraite time to start roids, after the age of 26?

It wasn't wasnt most fat, i did put on mostly muscle mass, just, i was always fat when younger and am sensitive bout my bf and wanna put on lean mass without the few lbs of fat
 
ye i know where u got it from, just, it was too much for MY liking even tho the majority was muscle mass and i did actually physically look better, wasnt doing any cardio durin that tho so now ima go on similar diet but train 4days instead of 5 and do 2days cardio and thn sunday is rest :)
 
I know I'm new to the forum and I know jack nothin about ROIDS. But last year these were my stats.

6'1
172lbs BF (unknown prob 12-15%)

After 3 1/2 - 4months. Of 250 grams of protein and 2-3 protein shakes a day. NO ROIDS all natural my stats went to.

6'1
210lbs
Stayed at about same BF

40lbs gained(obviously not all muscle, but sure as hell put on overall mass)

And my bench went from 150 to 195ish. It is a very long and slow process and I had kill it 4 days a week in the gym. It CAN be done. Wait a few years and train THEN consider a cycle IMO. I havnt worked out nearly as hard the past year or so and I am maintaining my 200lbs easily. Im considering my first cycle of Sust. 250 and dbol. But this isn't until I hit my next wall in the gym. Were both still young man. Think hard of how u wanna go about it.
 
ye ur right, ima give it another couple of years to max out my natural potential, i went from 212lbs down to 161lbs last summer in a 4month period, very strict diet, with 4day split and hiit cardio, then i went up to bout 180lbs, bout 175 atm n gonna try put on a lean 15lbs over the following months, maybe 20 and then cut before summer, thanks for all the help
