Need help with home equipment....

PARABODY

I just got a parabody rack system with lat attachment, dip bars, fid bench, leg curl/ext. and 300lb. olympic weight set for about a grand. It's really nice. If you go to parabodys site you can put in your zip code and find the nearest retailers I think.

body solid makes some decent lower end stuff, check out bodysolid.com also megafitness.com and globalfitness.com have some decent deals occasionally.

Bodysolid makes decent stuff. You should be able to get a complete system similar to the Parabody I described for a little cheaper.

I need one of them squat rack/power cage things... some sort of incline/flat bench to bench on... and a bunch of other crap... oh, and I need a house to put it all in, my apartment is small... hook a brother up.

http://www.newyorkbarbells.com/ i have alot of the TDS stuff from here it holds up great. ive moved about 5 times since i bought everything. it was all easy to take apart and put back together no problem.

I second that. I have a TDS Mega Bench and 400# at two different locations. Never need a gym and work out whenever I FEEL LIKE IT. Makes way more sense. The wave of the future I think, unless you are at the gym for socializing.

That is indeed the one. Get the squat safety stands and you will find it to be safe to do squats at home. I've gone up to 365# for 6 reps with no one home (no need for a spotter), so it is almost as safe as the gym -- except no people around. But , in case you over-extend yourself with that "extra rep", you just lower the bar to the safety stands and you are fine.

Wow....

Any thoughts on the Lat attachment? I'm debating that or a free standing pullup bar since that's more effective.
