Need Diet Help From The Diet Gurus!!!!!!!!

I'm cutting right now taking in about 2500 cals a day. I want to add some flax seed ouil to my diet. I was just wondering if i add 500 cals of flax seed oil to my diet should i take out 500 cals from somewhere else? Or should i just go with 3000 cals?
 
It depends on your metabolism, and daily caloric expenditure as to whether or not you can get away with increasing cal's 500/day.

I strongly recommend you slowly add flax to your diet - no more than a tablespoon/day for the first 10 days, to allow your body to adjust.
