What is a good online diet log that helps break down what I am putting in my body.
I have used Fitday before, but im looking for something more indepth.

*Creatine (powder form)
*Mutivitamin
*MuscleMilk (protein)
*Vit A, E, K, C (skin/antiox)
*Omega 3-Fish Oil supp w/ meal @ nite (skin/muscle dev)
What are the pros and cons of this diet? What am I lacking? Im also trying to really boost my water intake.
Im curios about a Nitric Oxide Booster like Nitroxy3 (cheap, avail @ Walmart)
--worth a shot? good supp but diff brand? plz give me the scoop!
