A precusor: have been doing cross fit WOD for over 10 weeks, ranger prep pt, running, and ruck marching. Alot of cardio type work outs and what not...
The problem: Last week during 5 sets of 2 reps of back squats I strained one of my hip flexor muscles(just saw a dr). I kept lifting and running which made the little strain a training challege.
The problem II: Doc said i could ride a bike, and lift only upperbody for the next week.
The solution: You guys! anybody wanna help me make a routine for the next week. I've been doing cross fit and p90x for so long, i'm at a loss on lift with out doing it for time, and pairing muscle groups up.
