bf - have no clue but not bad
48 yrs old

right now on HRT- cyp 200mg every 10 days all blood work is good- libido is down so they added 300iu of HCG i am wanting to boost my strength a little and was thinking of var - looking for advice -i do aerobics 3time/wk and lift 3times/wk
 
"Blood work is good? Good like every other 48 year old you see? You want your T to be at the top of the chart. Not like every other average 48 due that us over weight and has man boobs. Share your numbers and let us share our experience with you.
 
Add HCGenerate from NTBM to your test Cyp HRT. Save your HCG for your kick start if you decide to cycle off. HCGenerate will help boost your nuts. Consider Anavar to increase strength. Acne may be a problem if your ok with it.
 
Watch your liver with a 17aa methyl

Get some N2guard to help with liver values. Lipids are also another concern at higher doses

Blood pressure? Libio could be so many things
 
Bloods are great to much crap to type what do you want to see-BP has not changed in years 100-110-/60-70 estr. has not change - i am no where close to man boobs -
 
describe your training. Unless your already very strong for your age and your T levels are on the high end, then your lack of strength gains is almost certainly due to your diet and training. You gain strength by training for strength. Endurance training takes away from that.
 
Workouts are fine, diet is fine-I am getting stronger... i just want to get stronger --faster and get more of a leaner/harder look. the cyp is for HRT not for strength - i just want a little boost without the water weight/retention. I will give the HCGenerate a try for the little buddies
