need advice from experienced users please

hi guys and gals...i am a 15 1/2 year old weight lifter. i have been lifting seriously for about a year, but on and off a year before that. kids my age are beginning to use steroids, without even researching them and learning which ones are safe for them. because so many kids in my area are getting huge (probably never coming off of steroids such as anadrol or Dbol) they bully or try to intimidate smaller guys. i am 5'10'', 153lbs, probably around 11-12% body fat, and my max bench press is 190. i am tired of these big guys trying to push me around and i would like to stick up for myself and my friends, but i am just not big enough and i'm afraid they will beat my ass. also, i would like to lift a lot more by the time football season comes around (in like 3 months) so that i can show those guys i can dominate on the team and that i deserve respect. i know for sure that i am going to buy some steroids, even though i am sure most of you guys will recommend not doing them. i have done much research on steroids and am well aware of their side effects, but the only one i am really afraid of is the stunting of growth (i would like to be at least 6ft tall). i find, through my research, that deca-durabolin, equipoise, winny, or primobolan are probably the best choices for me, but i would like your opinions if possible. i would like to gain 15-20lbs of mass and be able to keep most of it. also, i would like to add at least 35-40lbs to my flat barbell bench press in particular (i know it sounds stupid, but that is the most impressive lift to get respect out of). anyways, like i said, i will definately use steroids, i just want the opinions of experienced users on which ones i can use and at what doses that will add mass and strength, which most of it i will be able to keep. thank you for reading this and i very much appreciate your opinions. thank you.

jesus....I don't even know what to say. I hope to god my little 16 year old brother isn't like you. Don't take steroids man, if you plan to grow at all. Try creatine and much protein, get one of the bulking diets off of the boards. I doubt you have ever heard of PCT either so I know that you will not keep your gains.

Think of this as an oportunity to take some good advice that later in life you can look back and say, damn I'm glad I didn't make that mistake. You made a good choice by getting on this board and asking our advice. NOW TAKE IT, BECAUSE I CAN GUARANTEE YOU WILL REGRET MAKING THAT DECISION AT SUCH A YOUNG AGE.

What is 15 years old? Is that Grade 9??? Bro .. there are always going to be bullys around no matter how much you juice. Trust us bro please ... dont do them now. You can seriously fuck yourself up, especially later in life. Do you want to be on HRT (permanant injections of test for the rest of your life because your body cant produce enough normally ... at 20 years old?). I would hate to see that bro. YOu will be a 20 year old, short, bloated, balding, raisin nut kid who cant produce his own testosterone naturally, and wont be able to have sex without your lifetime jabs of testosterone. Think about having to jab yourself with needles from 20 years old to 90 years old or however long you live. Please dont do this.

What you should do:

YOur body IS .... and is going to be ... for the next few years, pumping out shitloads of natty test! If you learn that you can take advantage of this, you will grow ... trust me! What you need to do is start some serious research. You have only been training seriously for a year. Most of us here have beeen training for YEARS!
Get a sound peroidized training program set up for yourself with both short term and long term goals. Get very serious about your training. You can do this .. you will get much much stronger, as long as you keep progressively overloading your weights and changing your routines up. This takes time and effort. Then learn how to eat properly. This will be your hardest part, as at 15 im sure you arent that great of a cook yet. But .. you probably live at home so you can still get some of mom's good cooking. MAke sure she cooks meat at all your meals, and eat like there is no tommorow, but try to keep it as clean as possible. This will be the hardest thing to learn. Add some supplements to your diet like whey protien for sure .. and creatine can help a lot as well.

Get all your shit together and stay dedicated for a few years bro .. you will be very surprised what will happen. Sounds to me like you just want the easy way out ... well there is none, and steroids are a temporary fix to a short term problem for you right now, .. in which the problem out weigh the benefits BIG TIME for you. YOu dont realise this yet, because you dont know. So please ... take our advice, and DONT DO THIS. Learn from our mistakes bro. Many of us here have made some serious mistakes like that, and some even worse, and most of us have suffered the consequences of such mistakes. Learn from our mistakes, and do not do this. If you cant gain naturally of the course of a year or so at your age, then you might as well pack up and forget this sport all together. You will thank us later in life for this advice bro.

I wish that I knew now what I knew at your age as far as training and diet goes. I would have been a lot bigger at your age, especially because you are alread almost on a steroid cycle because your body is producing so much natural test and GH right now. YOu can really take advantage of that at your age right now, instead of fucking this natural production up right now ... when you need it most to fully grow, and depvelop into a man. You dont want to fuck with this process right now. Not a good idea at all.
 
Mavy is 100% correct, I'm been lifting since i was 18 yrs old, I'm 52 now, i weigh 288lbs i can tell you right now that Diet is 90 % of how you look, get a gram of protein for every pound of bodyweight, Protein Shakes & Creatine are good choices to add and believe me you can get just as big as those guys who are taking the short cut out, one day they will crash from injury, health issue or something and you will surpass everything they struggled for!

Bro, The guys above are right on. Simply put, if you use steroids you will get a ton of side effects and very little in the way of positive results. You will stunt you growth and and that will make any hopes of football or anything esle alot harder. At 15 you haven't even begun to really grow. Ask almost any BB if he would trade 4 inches in height for doing his first cycle 4 year early. Most guys would kill for extra height b/c you can always build muscle, after all it what we do. You only grow in height once.

Secondly, you don't need the juice. Your stats are great and they will only improve. Alot of kids sasy they're doing this or that, but most are full of it. If they are using dbol or drol just sit back and watch how bad it goes for them. Then when they stop, probably b/c they turned yellow from jaundice and liver failure, they will lose all their size and strength along with their position on the team and the coaches and peers respect.

Finally, do you think noone will notice if you start getting blosated and having acne and putting on wieght ina very short period of time. Your parents WILL notice and odds are so will school and athletic officials. Once caught, your parents (due to public misconception) will consider you a druggie. So will your school along with your athletic reputation being tarnished beyond repair. All of this and we haven't even considered the legitmate health risks and the possibility of going to jail.

Don't do it bro. Your stats tell me you've got some solid genetics and your research andposting shows you have drive. I'll be happy to help you get where you want to be cleana and so will every other guys on here. Just do things the right way. Feel free to email me anytime. Peace

teenage_lifter, the guys above have said more than you ever need to hear. there are dozens of guys who have read the above posts and probably though "nah, i couldnt write a better post than mavy or radar, so i wont bother" but let me assure you, for every post you read on here, there are another 10 silent guys who would say exactly the same thing.

what can you say to a 15 year old guy to help him understand how permanent the changes made by steroids are? all you see is the glitz, the glamour, the glory, the girls...all the stuff that you think is important at that age. side effects? what are side effects? lol! something all of the young guys on roids have in common is the belief that side effects wont happen to them. trouble getting hard ons? zits? stunted growth? body hair?

in total honesty i can say that i would pay 20 grand per inch of hieght, if it would make me taller. im not short, and never used, but guys i know who did are shorter than i am. and i know guys who cant go through with the act of sex without viagra, because of roids. guys who lost their hair before 20.

it happens. it really does. and its a weird thing to see. you see guys in the same family, and the one that used roids early is shorter and has less hair (and will definitely pull less girls) than their little brothers, who never used.

the other thing i always notice is that the guys who used roids early generally have a much, much harder time holding mass than natural trainers. as soon as they come off, they deflate like balloons.

like i said, im not going to say things from the same angle as the guys above, i just want to give you a different perspective. the guys in your class who are 'on' will only be any good while they're on. if you go on, theres a good chance that youll be on for a much, much longer time than you think...and youre facing a lot of side effects...nasty, ugly side effects. who knows, they might not happen to you....but thats what everyone says...
 
All I can think of is all the respect you will get?!?! What respect. Your friends and parents will know you are on drugs. That will get you no respect. You will totally fuck your body up for life.
Let me tell you something bro. I graduated highschool at 6'3" 172. When I was 15 I was 6'1" at about 135. There were a ton of guys on AAS in my high school. THEY thought they were cool. Nobody else did. Most of them are fat and balding now. Probably can't get a hardon either. The majority still live in the same town and work at a gas station or something similar.
Get a personal trainer that has experience in bodybuilding or powerlifting! Work with a nutritionist that will help you reach your goals. Those are the two greatest things you can do!
At the very least... take some martial arts. No one kicked my ass in highschool. I was tall and thin. I had ten years of fighting under my belt from martial arts. No one knew it. I would have two, three guys give me shit.. bam.. I'm all over them. Most of the kids in your school are closet pussy's. They derive strength from numbers and intimidation. If you learn how to fight and never, ever back down you will scare the shit out of them. You cannot be afraid to get hurt. I have been in hundreds of fights... got my ass kicked a couple of times real good. I have never had it happen the same way twice. I don't ever give up either. I make sure who ever makes me fight regrets it and avoids me at all costs. I'm not some macho tuff guy... I just have self respect and dignity. Take pride in who you are and protect that pride.
In summary:
1. personal trainer
2. nutritionist
3. martial arts or boxing lessons
3a. you must spar.
3b. when you do.. always spar bigger and better fighters!

Good luck bro. don't fuck you life up over some stupid juice!
BTW.. being big doesn't mean shit when it comes to fighting. I would say 90% or more of the fights I have been in have been against bigger fighters. Big guys are easy to fight. They are generally slower and think they are tough but don't know how to fight!

hey guys...i didn't say i get my ass beat, i have been in fights, and won, its just like 2 big guys at my school that give me shit and i'm sick of it...and to frankieperfect, you're a piece of shit man, and i mean that in as much disrespect as possible because you disrespected me and obviously you aren't as mature as some of these other guys. well, i have decided to.......................................NOT do roids. thanks to the advice of you guys on here, i'm definately not touching that shit! anyways...i want to start bulking. i will buy cytogainer, san V12 (i tried this stuff and it works well) and animal pak. also, i will go on a high protien, high calorie diet, with low fat. does this sound good to you guys? any suggestions on different supplements? well, that is where i'm at right now thanks you all of your help (excluding frankieperfect...lol). i have the upmost respect for you guys and i really appreciate your advice, it quite possibly saved my life! anyways...i really would like to increase my bench press also, any advice? thanks for the advice bros and please help me out with these other issues. i deeply appreciate you guys helping make this decision for me.
 
Why don't you join the wrestling team, I think those guys can fight as well as anyone! I personally know some high school state champ wrestlers from my HS days and I wouldnt fight any of them, no matter how much bigger I think I am.

What are your stats like? Are you an ecto or an endo? Basically are you predisposed to heavy fat storage, or are you pretty lean right now? What is your weight, height etc, we may be able to help you with a good diet and training routine. Also check the diet and training boards, they will be very helpfull to you. Definately get off this board, it is going to do nothing but tempt you again.

I stunned myself in the am a few times with a 50k stun gun to see if it could "incapacitate me". It could not. I tried in the legs and arms (to afraid to try cheast area) but ill tell you this much if I was pissed and someone buzzed me with one of those I would be able to ignore it for sure, and of top of it just get more aggressive! When I stunned myself in the arm it did not even make me drop what was in my hand

at 15 i was THE ABSOLUTE SMALLEST kid in my school not even anyone else close. i got picked on and all that too.. i didnt turn to roids i just lifted hard and took up martial arts for my self esteem and for self defense.

all you have to do is eat big, lift hard and rest. go to our diet forums and training forums..
please come back in a few months and tell us you gained 20lbs NATURALLY and how you fell great.

Stick to a high calorie balanced diet(moderate fat, carbs, pro.) Supplements should be creatine,glutamine,flax and/or mct oil,multi-vitamine. If your fat intake is to low, you'll limit your natural test production. Back in '95 I gained a little over 40lbs. in one year, and that was naturally. A big part of that was my high calorie diet.
