need advice from experienced users please

hi guys and gals...i am a 15 1/2 year old weight lifter. i have been lifting seriously for about a year, but on and off a year before that. kids my age are beginning to use steroids, without even researching them and learning which ones are safe for them. because so many kids in my area are getting huge (probably never coming off of steroids such as anadrol or Dbol) they bully or try to intimidate smaller guys. i am 5'10'', 153lbs, probably around 11-12% body fat, and my max bench press is 190. i am tired of these big guys trying to push me around and i would like to stick up for myself and my friends, but i am just not big enough and i'm afraid they will beat my ass. also, i would like to lift a lot more by the time football season comes around (in like 3 months) so that i can show those guys i can dominate on the team and that i deserve respect. i know for sure that i am going to buy some steroids, even though i am sure most of you guys will recommend not doing them. i have done much research on steroids and am well aware of their side effects, but the only one i am really afraid of is the stunting of growth (i would like to be at least 6ft tall). i find, through my research, that deca-durabolin, equipoise, winny, or primobolan are probably the best choices for me, but i would like your opinions if possible. i would like to gain 15-20lbs of mass and be able to keep most of it. also, i would like to add at least 35-40lbs to my flat barbell bench press in particular (i know it sounds stupid, but that is the most impressive lift to get respect out of). anyways, like i said, i will definately use steroids, i just want the opinions of experienced users on which ones i can use and at what doses that will add mass and strength, which most of it i will be able to keep. thank you for reading this and i very much appreciate your opinions. thank you.
 
Dear god bro, I don't even know what to say. 15 years old? Ruining your endocrine system for respect in high school football? Have you even TRIED a solid diet with creatine and protein supplementation?

Its not worth messing your body up while its still growing. I know its not what you want to hear, but if you take it now, you will regret it.
 
jesus....I don't even know what to say. I hope to god my little 16 year old brother isn't like you. Don't take steroids man, if you plan to grow at all. Try creatine and much protein, get one of the bulking diets off of the boards. I doubt you have ever heard of PCT either so I know that you will not keep your gains.

Think of this as an oportunity to take some good advice that later in life you can look back and say, damn I'm glad I didn't make that mistake. You made a good choice by getting on this board and asking our advice. NOW TAKE IT, BECAUSE I CAN GUARANTEE YOU WILL REGRET MAKING THAT DECISION AT SUCH A YOUNG AGE.

What is 15 years old? Is that Grade 9??? Bro .. there are always going to be bullys around no matter how much you juice. Trust us bro please ... dont do them now. You can seriously fuck yourself up, especially later in life. Do you want to be on HRT (permanant injections of test for the rest of your life because your body cant produce enough normally ... at 20 years old?). I would hate to see that bro. YOu will be a 20 year old, short, bloated, balding, raisin nut kid who cant produce his own testosterone naturally, and wont be able to have sex without your lifetime jabs of testosterone. Think about having to jab yourself with needles from 20 years old to 90 years old or however long you live. Please dont do this.

What you should do:

YOur body IS .... and is going to be ... for the next few years, pumping out shitloads of natty test! If you learn that you can take advantage of this, you will grow ... trust me! What you need to do is start some serious research. You have only been training seriously for a year. Most of us here have beeen training for YEARS!
Get a sound peroidized training program set up for yourself with both short term and long term goals. Get very serious about your training. You can do this .. you will get much much stronger, as long as you keep progressively overloading your weights and changing your routines up. This takes time and effort. Then learn how to eat properly. This will be your hardest part, as at 15 im sure you arent that great of a cook yet. But .. you probably live at home so you can still get some of mom's good cooking. MAke sure she cooks meat at all your meals, and eat like there is no tommorow, but try to keep it as clean as possible. This will be the hardest thing to learn. Add some supplements to your diet like whey protien for sure .. and creatine can help a lot as well.

Get all your shit together and stay dedicated for a few years bro .. you will be very surprised what will happen. Sounds to me like you just want the easy way out ... well there is none, and steroids are a temporary fix to a short term problem for you right now, .. in which the problem out weigh the benefits BIG TIME for you. YOu dont realise this yet, because you dont know. So please ... take our advice, and DONT DO THIS. Learn from our mistakes bro. Many of us here have made some serious mistakes like that, and some even worse, and most of us have suffered the consequences of such mistakes. Learn from our mistakes, and do not do this. If you cant gain naturally of the course of a year or so at your age, then you might as well pack up and forget this sport all together. You will thank us later in life for this advice bro.

I wish that I knew now what I knew at your age as far as training and diet goes. I would have been a lot bigger at your age, especially because you are alread almost on a steroid cycle because your body is producing so much natural test and GH right now. YOu can really take advantage of that at your age right now, instead of fucking this natural production up right now ... when you need it most to fully grow, and depvelop into a man. You dont want to fuck with this process right now. Not a good idea at all.
 
Mavy is 100% correct, I'm been lifting since i was 18 yrs old, I'm 52 now, i weigh 288lbs i can tell you right now that Diet is 90 % of how you look, get a gram of protein for every pound of bodyweight, Protein Shakes & Creatine are good choices to add and believe me you can get just as big as those guys who are taking the short cut out, one day they will crash from injury, health issue or something and you will surpass everything they struggled for!
