First off bro, sit down and think about if your ready to make a huge commitment to this which im pretty sure u are..Like someone else said, nutrition is 90% of it and with that bein said, do some research on the glycemic index of carbs(fast and slow) and learn about good and bad fats because there r fats that actually aid in burning body fat...Also theres many ways to manipulate your carbs that will kick ur body into a fat burnin frenzy without feeling lethargic and low energy...
My advice to u would be to pm needto(if u havnt done so already) and im sure hell hook u up wit a nutrition plan and routine....Hes good like that......Good luck bro and stick with it
