Need advice for intense training

Hey guys, my partner is very experienced and caring. He is old school.

He was kind enough to share with me the secrets of how to "second generation" anabolics.
 
Okay I may drop the weight machines since you all advise against it.

So my revised high intensity training is now plan to be : Yoga 3 days per week, Pilates 2 days per week.

I am also thinking of "second generation"ing some Deca and Testo

If THIS is your training style then FORGET about steroids...You DONT need them :o

I read alot, although I never post, and thought I knew alot but...

Does anyone know what the hell he means by "second generation" or "second generationing"????
 
I hesitate to describe it. I doubt there are any people on here serious enough to know of this sort of thing, and if there are - they are probably keeping their mouths shut. There are some things you just don't talk about in public since the average person just does not understand. But the serious BB'er will go to great lengths to get the ideal physique.
