Neck workout

Does anyone here work out their neck? I have pretty bad posture from slouching all my life, I'm wondering if it would be good to get a head harness and work the back of my neck, strengthen it up so I can stand up straighter.
 
neck - do some shrugs- i would say upright rows- but i hear they are back for the shoulders

if yuor looking for posture try working your rear delts more to push your shoulders back, and if you notice you slouching, just try and pull yuor delts back.
also do lower back hyper extensions to tighten up your lower back , so you wont slouch
 
I do all those already. My shoulders are strong and upright, but my head isn't. It juts forward, so I'm thinking either curved spine or weak rear neck muscles. Thanks for any advice.
 
I've seen guys like you and don't envy that. It's sickly looking.

I do use a headgear for the neck, but also have shrugs plus a full shoulder routine.
