Acne is possible,,but rarely 'severe'. The case in the photos looks like
something else or even perhaps been photoshopped.

I do not believe for one minute that was all from AAS use.

lol you mean AAS not ass.
The first one looks to be heavy usage of the peptide Melanotan it is nortorous for darkening and will darken any spots you have on your body such as stated in previous posts,also look at the late Guardian's avatar he was an avid user.
The others well those could be from a chemical reaction /burn to an infection,it certainly isn't steroids,he could have injected some bad comtimated gear thats rarely the case tho.

That is crazy, BUT...if you look at the top pic...you can see signs of redness / inflammation in the upper chest / trap area...which looks like the same areas affected. Still doubt its directly caused by AAS use tho

I wouldnt doubt that AAS use aggravated the condition but it in and of itself didnt cause it.

I guess one would be kinda forced to halt workouts with sores and scabs that severe. I'm sure it would hurt like a bitch. If it's aas related he got some bad witch brew that had some nasty dirty chemicals... It does seem as if they show you when it's in early stages worst stages and then finally healing stages. I know guy's who used to put that shit up their nose and would have major breakouts and scabs (nothing like this). But your body trys to push these poisonous chemicals out any way it can, blisters form and yada yada. I don't think its from normal gear. It had to be contaminated! Poor guy...
