NASCAR at Talladega

I know its in the wrong section but you guys are the ones I relate to best. Anyone into watching NASCAR this sunday at Talladega? They are the gladiators of speed, as BB'ers we may be able to relate to that, I do. I hope not to get ragged to hard about this one, if so I'll take it like a man.

I'm not a real big fan of the left turn. Why don't they run races where they go the other way around and *gasp* take right turns. Oh I tell ya that would just be a rush to watch

I used to be into it bigtime. Even played Nascar Racing 2002 on the computer to get my fix(an excellent game for race fans by the way). Now, since they changed the rules with the smaller fuel tanks and aero packages I find it VERY boring. I watch it as I am passing by the channel from baseball and/or football games.

I am. I know its wrong, but I like watching the races at Talladega,Daytona, and Bristol because of the wrecks. The other races I just watch the last 20 laps or so because thats when its the most exciting to me anyway.

yep, Daytona and Talladega are the two best races of the season. I can't wait for Dale Jr to drive that number #3 car for Richard one day. However, this weekend his #8 car will have his daddy's old paint scheme. It will be black budweiser car.

yep, i always used to go to the 500. after Sr. died I did not watch for a year to two. ive started watching since again. Jr. of course is my fav but he is still no Sr....
