Not to sound like I know shit but the fastest way for me to lose weight is to drop carbs. Kind of like the diet above, I eat meat for three days and then normal for one. Keep my calories up where thay are supposed to be so the metabolism is smokin along at full speed. The carbs every fourth day keeps my thyroid from lowering my metabolism. I have lost as much as 6lbs in a day like this. Granted, it was mostly water but it is a start and a diet like no other. Add Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin stack and you're nicely thin in short order.
