My Wife Needs to lose fat fast!

Not to sound like I know shit but the fastest way for me to lose weight is to drop carbs. Kind of like the diet above, I eat meat for three days and then normal for one. Keep my calories up where thay are supposed to be so the metabolism is smokin along at full speed. The carbs every fourth day keeps my thyroid from lowering my metabolism. I have lost as much as 6lbs in a day like this. Granted, it was mostly water but it is a start and a diet like no other. Add Ephedrine/Caffeine/Aspirin stack and you're nicely thin in short order.
 
i think spatterson (shes mostly on the women's board) would be an EXCELLENT person to ask. she gained quite a bit of weight during her pregnancy and then went on a cutting a diet and dropped a nice amount of bf. she has posted her cutting diet a few times on the womens board... PM her if u want and im sure she would be happy to direct u to that link and also have a few pointers for ur wife. shes a sweetie!

as for the cardio...i think ur wife should try doing 60min at a time....her body has become very accustomed to this 20min gig. bumping it 60 min would give her body a nice jolt. u may want to check out warlobo's "30+30 does not equal 60" (something like that) thread on the womens board. that has some good stuff in it as well. good luck!
 
oh another thing.. im not the "losing weight FAST" idea is really going to work. of course she can lose some fat fast but it will most likely result in a bad rebound. just make some minor changes in training and diet and be consistant. it will all work out with a little time. :)
