Nah.. don't hurt.. IMO.

Depends on your tolerance. They heal pretty quick. But like any other piercing if they peirce a nerve it will bother you. I mean.. like freaking floor you at times if you move wrong.

I got one done 5 years ago. hurt like a mofo. I just about passed out the first time i twirled it to clean. Honestly I think it took about 2 years to completely heal. There's definitely an increased in sensitivity and most chicks seem to like it which is good. Beware though...depending on the shape of your nipple, it can distort it quite badly, therefore if you ever want to remove it your nipple will look pretty funny.

FZ, Curling - why do you say they look stupid? Granted, there's some piercings that I think are quite bizarre (i've seen 2 guys on campus with the back of their next pierced...weird) but a nipple or genital piercing can bring additional stimulation to those areas.

I guess my real question is, why would you say that a piercing that will give extra pleasure is stupid? Is there anything wrong with trying to achieve more sexual gratification, even if it means getting a piercing? If you can answer yes to that second question, you must not have a pulse.
