My TRT/HRT journey continues

It's been almost 2 years since I started my TRT/lifestyle cleanup.. I've been working out hard/ diet is pretty darn clean, I'm guessing my body fat had to be somewhere around 21-24% wen I started.. Did water test last weekend and I'm now at 240lbs, and 9.2% body fat.
For me, this is such a blessing!, I've never felt healthier, and am thankful for my fitness level at age 47.. I never dreamed I could gain/ hold mass at my age.. Feel like I'm just getting started too:..

Awesome job at seizing control of your life instead of going the self defeat route and making excuses for how things were. This goes to prove what I tell everyone that you are never too old to make improvements in your body by making some adjustments in your overall life.

Are you under the supervision of a TRT doc or doing the self help route?

Very pleased for you brother. HRT for men, when needed is a massive lifechanger.
9.2% fat on the hydrostatic weighing (?) is about as accurate a measurement tool as you can get. Brilliant result, no wonder you're so happy:).
Keep it up!

thats great to hear. i know a lot of older dudes i play poker with who are on HRT and they still are fat and out of shape so it takes more than just going HRT to change things. people think if they get on HRT that their problems are solved and they aren't. its all about lifestyle changes.

That is living proof of the positive effects of TRT when used "as necessary". It can be a real life changer for many aging guys that have are already living a healthy lifestyle.

This may possibly be a road I will have to travel down soon myself. I'm about a year from 40, and recovery is getting harder every time. I normally feel much better after PCT than I currently do now. My upcoming blood test will tell me a lot about how my future will pan out. I want to avoid TRT if possible, but if I can't stay in normal ranges naturally I have no problem going that route to be healthy and feel myself again.
