My thoughts and experience with Suicide cycles

Ok gents here it is, my experience with a crazy cycle i am just wrapping up now

i have learned alot of this cycle, more so about my body then anything else
so see basically what i did, just do a search for conan's suicide cycle
but here is what i learned (which is more important then results)

1) i saw no difference in 1.5g of test as compared to 3g of test...only more shots and more oil and more money not more results

this is proably do to the number of androgen receptors i have and this may vary depending on individual

2) GH is not worth the money at all.... i repeat i did a very healthy cycle with it using t3 and slin and i really dont think it was worth it at all

3) t3 really hurt my gains, when i was on it i felt myself shrinking

4)Fina and winny is a great stack, this is probably my favorite stack due to its overall change in my body

5) the most important thing that i learned is that Food is more important then any dose or any steroid or any training regimine

if my eating slacked off for a couple of days this did horrible things to my weight


and the results
start
6' 247 lbs bf...well lets just say i couldnt see any abs

at the height of my cycle
278lbs, retaining no water and low bf ( arimidex, T3, gh)

now i am a very hhard 255 with nice abs and obliques
i had crazy back problems about mid cycle so i had to stop training legs but they WERE my best attribute

so i hope this experiment will help others in their cycling theories with high doses and durations

Our stats are almost exactly the same, don't you think the GH gave you a more "mature look" to your muscles and perhaps reduced the BF%? I don't know how long you used it for but I used it for +/- 3 months and it definitely gave me a better overal muscularity. But the big difference came when I added Insulin to the mix.

With regards to your comments about the incrs in the test i.e. 1.5g to 3g I made the exact same comment in a previous post, where I said that I needed almost to double my dose of test just to squeeze out and extra 2-4 lbs. But the incrs in test was definitely not proportional to gains. I have to agree with you that the extra money is not worth it.

Goes to show that after a while there is always someone out there that has the same sort of result etc as yourself.

----just on the side, you mentioned your legs are a good assest. I am having difficulty bringing my legs up. My legs are so long (being 6'2 and all) that eventhough they are pretty large they look skinny? Any ideas to help with the sweep?--

50mg ed then i switched to 100mg EOD
Fina i was taking 3cc of 75mg/ml 3 times a week so a total of 9 ccs of the fina

1) the reduction in BF that i got from the GH i could have gotten from Clen, T3 for a fraction of the cost
the "mature look" i could have used something like halos to harden again for a fraction of the cost
5.4iu of GH for 3 months cost me an arm and a leg, basically no it is not worth it

about your legs, i just have really really good lower body genetics alll i did was Squat, 45 deg. leg press
extensions and curls
thats it and my legs grew like weeds untill i developed a grwoth around my spine in my lower back making it near impossible to train legs let along walk at times

To be honest i dont think i will ever get there
cause at 6 270+ lbs i cant even walk with out getting our of breath, plus i took alot of shit and i didnt get close

i am liking my current physique, 255 very hard, abs
plus its summer

i will take another shot in the fall but i dont think 300 is possible

but you cant say i didnt try
 
Conan I hear what you're saying about carrying around all that weight. My last bulk cycle I put on almost 40 pounds and its tough to carry around. I was out of breath from walking, felt sluggish and even my feet started to hurt from carrying the extra weight. Its tough for the body to adjust in such a short amount of time.
 
Thanks for the Update Bro! I was really looking foward to hearing your results. I am going to be trying winny and Fina for my upcoming cycle so I am looking foward to it. I wish I was 255 with rock hard abbs LOL

how much t3

You said t3 really hurt your gains while on a 3g dose of ara. How much t3 were you using? The reason I ask is that my last cycle had 25mcg T3 per day thrown in there, and I think it really helped. Plus T3 is so cheap. Too much T3 makes me sick, so I can't go very high with it anyway. Very interesting post Conan. I would like to learn more about your suicide cycle. Is the search working yet?

i also wanted to ask you about the T3 cos I usuallu use it in my bulking cycles at only 25mcg per day and I really think that it helps.

Where you using it along with the test and what was the dosage?
 
What estogen blockers or aromatise inhibitors and how much were you using on the cycle? Did you get any noticable side effects( high bp, hairloss, a way too much bloating, excessive agressiveness,pains,cramps, acne,etc)??
What did you do for postcycle recovery and what doses? And how does it go,recovery,I mean?
 
Conan -- are you shrinking? lol bro, couldn't help that one. Your muscle dysmorphia is going to get the best of you this fall (after beach season) and you will go balls to the wall to get HUGH (as if you aren't already). One thing the board members would probably like to know is that I witnessed you do a seated press with 315 lbs for reps. Big muscles = big weights. Or is it the other way around? Don't really matter because you did a great job on this cycle. See ya at the gym.

What do you mean seated press DB at 315lbs total
or barbell with 3 plates on each side ....
Ive done 6 reps of Dumbell press(seated) at 140lbs each DB .....I am natural .....Is that good

not hurt them. Unless the dosage was a typo
How did it make you feel "small"???

I like seeing the real world results.

You where a test dummy and took one for the team.

Hopefully many can learn about what you went through.

My opinion as always been to use between 1000-2000mg of gear per week and more than that gives little extra gains.

I am also glad that you disprove the GH because I can't afford it and it makes me feel better :)

it seems my body react real catabolicly to T3 even at 25mcg so i will just leave it out, but i hear that some get good results when using it iwth a bulk cycle

well i took 1/2 or arimimidex ED (shit works wonders)
and just to be safe i was taking 50mg clomid 2 x a day
and 20mg of nolvadex 2 times a day

basically, no sides except strength and size and some agression

and he means i did seated behind the neck presses with 315 lbs on the bar for reps
straight bar 3 45s on each side

J i dont know what you are talking about you are the biggest 41 year old i know...this SOB keeps up with me and i am only 22

It seems i just react really well (or bad in this case) to the T3
seriously i felt smaller everytime i took it
but then agian i have the worst case of muscle dysmorphia i know
so i could be biased
 
note to all

After about five cycles I have found one that works. It consists of about a gram of test per week plus 2 abombs per day plus 25mcg T3. I gain strenght, size, and I can loose fat all at the same time. This is in combintation with a really clean diet 5 days per week, and some pretty cheaty days on the weekends. I am taking some time off right now, six weeks out and I haven't lost any size, and only a little strength. So, this has been a great cycle, and I definitely like T3, but just at a constant low dose. Also, what good does armidex do, and how can you tell? I seem to be blessed in that I can do abombs and test at a gram per week, and have no gyno symptoms evolve. I just do some nolva and three weeks of clomid afterwards. No problemo. I suppose upping the test to 2 grams or more might pose a gyno danger, but I don't really think it is necessary to go over a gram. At least for me, that is.

Yep!

This is exactly why Ive talked so much about the K.I.S.S. principle when setting up cycles.

Good info Conan...perhaps it will get through to alot of people that email me about huge cycles.
