Hello everyone new to this site from aussie side. Currently 2 weeks into my mass gaining phase sponsored by @Core pharma one of prominent aas supplier from Australia.

Current body weight: 90.5kg( fasted weight yesterday)

Current ass stack: 300mg test e, 300mg primo weekly and 5iu gh daily.
Current macros: 4438, p:300, f: 58, c:637
Supplements and vitamins:

VitaminC, Magnesium, Berberine, Metformin, Citrus bergamot, Melatonin, Fish oil, Creatine, Lcarnitine, Glutathione, Glutamine, Circumin, Vitamin D3+K2, NAC, psyllium husk.

Training split:
Monday-chest and back
Tuesday- lower body
Wednesday- rest
Thursday- shoulder and chest
Friday-hammies and back
Saturday - arms
Sunday-rest
There's a lot better options for a mass stack
Deca 200mgs every other day
Tren ace 65mgs every other day
Primo 100mgs every other day
Anadrol start at 50 work up to 200mgs everyday. Dianabol start at 25 work up to 100mgs. Oral does are split into am and pm doses with food. GH for size is take 4 iu am 4 iu pm 3 days per week. But if that's what you got go with it just mix all your oils into the same syringe and dose every other day with smaller doses. Th
That Method is so effective its closely guarded by top guys

If your heart can't handle about 1300 mgs a week for a mass cycle then maybe you should take up golf. This is a mild cycle structured properly what about it is so crazy?

Cant say I know any pros who would be advocates of this cycle you are attempting to push onto a member.. do you have any physique shots of yourself ? Maybe add your username on paper for some authenticity ??

Letrozole is how you handle serious estrogen problems. You can get it from any peptide site under 20 bucks and it will last you years

Im attempting to give real advive to people because there's way to much false info out there. I was taught to cycle this way by Kevin levrone, Vince and Dex also did it the same way. Try it before you completely say it's not how a cycle is structured

Kevin trained me to pose and decided to help me right up to the show we would meet at a golds gym in York pa. Believe what you want its pretty easy to get Kevin or Vince to train with you it just cost money.

I haven't talked to him in years but he hates boards like most pros because you guys never believe them when they tell the truth. I could never train like Kevin didn't have his strength but Vince Taylor taught me to contract muscle not move weights. It works for me I've made my comeback so far with 10, 25, 35,and 45 pound dumbbells and a bench. People like to over complicate things lol
