Nope actually the opposite will happen and I won't be using Arimidex, I have done this before.

All is manipulated by DIET!!!!

You wont grow much but the dbols anti cortisol/catabolic properties will hold onto your muscle while dieting and doing intence cardio... ive gained almost 10 lbs and have been off cycle for 3 months love it :)
 
what's your carb/protein ratio going to be? I couldn't imagine doing bol for so long but you pull rank on knowledge and experience.

just curious, but did this affect your hpta system being on cycle for so long or is it because such a low dose it just helps maintain muscle while dieting and cardio/ What kind of PCT do you use for this. Deff sub on this one.
 
RADAR - You are just going to take 10mg in the morning ED all summer? Will you keep your natural test levels normal with this low of a dose? or would that depend on the person?

Protein /carb ratio will vary as i go ,like i said all the bloat will be controlled by diet

after all these years i still would like to see a pic of radar, even if only a full body pic. maybe i missed it .

anyhow 5'8 210 is a reasonable and good size if not too high bodyfat. us not so young guys dont want to be cartoonsihly big, especially if you cant maintian without ridiculous amounts of drugs. plus you gotta consider your BP, cholesterol.

you really think you can put on 25 muslce lbs on this cycle? in such a short time period? (and dont you guys jump on me for asking a reasoanble question. radar and i are buds).

No it will not ,What it will do is put me in an anabolic state so that the protein synthesis is speeded up and Strength & muscle growth will develop

Dbol will be taken only on training days, this will give the liver a recouperation peroid. to answer the other question i believe it varies from person to person.

I have never had any issues with it ,either way this is an easy cycle to recover from and produces awsome results.

6 months is reasonable ,I have gained that much before, so its very doable ,I will probably keep 20 if i keep the diet in check.

You must look massive at those stats man! do you hold that kinda shape year round? very impressive!!
and obviously your bf is relatively low considering how you understand cardio :)

25lbs sounds totally achievable over that time scale, i assume you will be adding LBM and dropping some fat as the thread title is "my summer cutter"??

Heres a teaser ,close to the end, it will envolve ,tricking the body with sodium /then carb depletion there's alot more envolved.

dbol is right up there with test. im with you 100%
 
What ais will you use, how much, and when?

When will you take your daily dose, pre or post workout? Empty stomach or no?

When you bump to 20, will you then split the dose to one am one pm?

No Ai's (i have it if needed ) but i have ran heavier dosages than that with no aI's. Dosage 1 hr before training

Yes Am & PM still before training.

Radar do you believe with a proper diet and training Dbol can help actually gain muscle and lose fat at the same time? As opposed to trying to do it with no Dbol and only a clean strict diet with plenty of protein with 6 small meals a day etc...?

Years ago i was one of the few contestants to complete Bill Phillips body for life challenge, so Yes i'm a firm believer you can do that, I did it.


You have to do morning cardio 10 hrs after your last meal, the body burns fat on an empty stomach ,your morning meal should be yout biggest meal of the day ,i like to pound down a 600 calorie hi protein shake right after cardio.

Radar and his old school ways! He has helped me out tremendously over the years. He was one of the master minds of me winning the 2009 EF Body Transformation Challenge. He gave me the steps for contest prep.

I got some D Bol in storage. Plan on bringing them bitches out in November! Until then, I'll ride the Test/Primo/Masteron/NPP train!

i never considered using dbol again. i tried it once a few years back, but wanted to get completely away from orals. radar has got me interested it in again.
