my stats

hey all. about to start first cycle today.

just been to get stats done:-

age: 27
height: 5'9.2
weight: 82.4kg
bmi: 26.6
bodyfat: 12.9%

how do my stats look for a noobs to aas. any advice/critiques welcome

Not bad. Whats ur workout history? Have u made consistent gains up to now? Why are u doing steroids and what are ur goals?

Kind of last minute to be asking for input or advice the day u've decided to start. Whats the cycle?

hey. yeah i know its a bit late to be seeking advice. better late than never though lol. been doing a lot of research tho.

been training for 3 years solid. started at 64kg so have made decent gains naturally. been stuck at 82kg for months now and after doing a fair bit if research thought i would give it a go.

first cycle:
week 1 - 4: dbol 40mg e/d
week 1 - 12: test c 600mg (split 2x)
have aromasin on hand as an ai. also have clomid and Nolva for pct. considering running hcg if my nuts go lol.

as its my first cycle im hoping to gain mass. after pct i would be happy with 8 - 10lbs of real gains. any more would be a bonus.

thanks for posting your full stats and respecting our site, that means a lot to me and the more info you give the better advice you will get.

we do things different on EF than other sites when it comes to pct. the nolva/clomid pct is considered outdated. no one on here uses it as far as i know anymore. the guys that push it are usually guys who stay on all year and haven't PCT'd in 15 years or something. or who run 15 weeks on, 3 weeks off type things and think they are cycling when they are never coming off and declare that nolva worked for them.

a much better way to do your first cycle would be like this.

1-4 dbol 30mg a day.. you don't need 40mg, if your stuff is underdosed then throw it away, don't run high dosages of underdosed gear.. run the good shit and 30mg a day is plenty. hell i run only 25mg of dbol a day, you don't need high dosages ever
1-12 test 500mg a week. again if its legit then 400-500 is ample. don't need more than that .. save your receptors

hcgenerate 5-12.. keeps your nuts plump
forma or whatever AI of your choice the whole way to keep estrogen at bay
hcg 1000iu's 12-14 2X per week. 1-2 hits of HMG mixed in

clomid at 25/12/12 weeks 14-16
unleashed the whole bottle same thing

run bloodwork 3 weeks later... then come back on here and tell everyone how steve is a genius and how you recovered and post your bloodwork for all to see. then 4 weeks later start planning your next cycle
 
^^^^ Do this.... If u follow steve's instructions u should easily hold on to 10 lbs maybe more. He knows what he's talkin about.
Make sure u eat right too. Quite often people will run a similar cycle and cant figure out why there gains are low and then they say that they were eating basically maintenance calories with maybe an extra protein shake a day which wont do shit for packing on serious muscle. Why don't u post what ur diet is gonna like for this cycle.

wow thanks for the advice. sounds like a solid plan. time to own the wallet again :-) worth it though.

im bumping my calorie up from 3500 to 4500 maybe 5000 if i can cope with it lol.
my wife is a nutririonist so cooks and plans all my meals daily. with this cycle Italy going to bw very high protein. medium carbs and low to moderate good fats.
consuming 1-2 gallons of water a day and low on sodium.

have just done first pin to right glute. painless though Its starting to feel a little weird....
