My shoulders keep bruising!!

Im using QV bold 200, and each time I inject into my shoulder, I bruise and it stays for about two weeks! it really sucks. Ive been using 23 guage 1" needle.
I look really stupid with a bruise on each shoulder, how can I avoid this?

I shoot mon and thurs two injections each day one on my butt and another on my shoulder and I have never gotten a bruise, I think you have too many veins in you shoulders bro, I mainly use 25g for my delts and 23g for my butt, don't shoot in the middle of your muscle (shoulder), try to go towards your your back about 1/2" in your big shoulder muscle from where u usually shoot and see how it goes. you might wanna use a 25g it's much better just go nice and slow.

try 25g 5/8 for your delts, chest, bi's, still may bruise...the deeper you go the less painfull try 1.5"/2" 23-25g for yor glutes...another option is to break it down into a couople smaller injections...

How bad is the bruising? Another thing is, are you moving the needle around a lot as youre injecting? I bruised once on my shoulder very badly, it spread down into my tricep...it never hurt but Im thinking I hit a vein for sure. That was the only time out of many injections.

You almost always bruise when you hit a vein upon injection, its hard to avoid them; however to minimize this, I would advise you to avoid surface veins (ones that you can see), keep your needle steady when injecting (minimize movement) and for areas like delts, triceps, biceps, calves and quads use a 25 gauge needle.

I prefer injecting quads because I can use two hands when injecting, one hand to hold the syringe and the other hand to push the plunger down.
Hope this helps.

The bruises are usually about 1-2 inches wide and long, very obvious from a distance. I had my friend inject me last time to see if it was my unsteady hand, but it still bruised from that too. Damn Im frustrated!!

that's strange. I've down cycles where I injected 2cc's of Prop ed in my delts for weeks on end with no bruising at all.
