Hey all,
It had been 3 months since the end of my first 12wk cycle and pct, and today I did my first shot formally starting my second cycle.
Here are my stats:
Sex: M
Age: 42
Height: 5' 9 1/2"
Weight: 186 lbs.
Bodyfat: 15% -> I know its high but I am currently working on it
My current 12wk cycle is as follows:
DBol (Naposim) 30mgs devided 3 times a day for first 6 wks of cycle
Testosteron Enantate (Galenika ad) 250mgs twice a wk
Deca Durabolin (Decabol British Dragon) 1cc twice a wk
PCT will be HCG, nolva and/or clomid. 5000 i.u. HCG after 6 wks plus 2 wks nolva/clomid at 20mgs dose devided twice a day (if needed).
One wk after end of cycle 5000 i.u. HCG followed by 6wks of nolva/clomid at 20mgs for first 2 weeks and then 10 mgs thru wk 6.
On my first cycle I gained 25 lbs and kept 15. I am hoping to duplicate the result this time around while lowering my bodyfat by following a strict diet and training regimen. I'm not looking to get huge, just bigger and more defined. Food intake as well as water intake will be increased while on cycle, I will also continue to walk one hour a day, 4 to 5 days a week for cardio.
If anyone with knowledge has some advice or opinion on this cycle I'll gladly take it, in the meantime I will keep posting updates as the cycle progresses.
