alright ive been doing this routinen for a while now i just want to see wut you guess think about it( by the way i dont do legs...and i understand how important they are but i dont do them)
monday: chest
tuesday:back
Wedensday shoulders and traps
Thursday: bi's and tri's
Friday-Sunday=off
i do about 4 or 5 excersizes for each muscle with 4 sets
so what do u guys think?
this was my old routine do u guys think i should go back to that
monday: chest (everything on flat like (bench,dumbells etc) and tri's
tuesday: back and bi's
Wednesday: off

Friday: chest (everything incline) and tris
