Approved Log My Right Size Diet body transformation log

My diet is on the very first page I list my macros then attached my diet template to it. My diet doesn't change its 180 grams protein which comes out to about 1 grams per lean pound. My carbs are always 100 grams spread out over 4 meals, no carbs in the first meal or the last meal. Meal 1 is always a liquid whey isolate in water. I have 3 or 4 different carb and protein Choices witch each meal. My eating has to be exactly on time this keeps my body in digestion mode all day up until maybe 1 am. My body no longer has to focus on food digestion which is very taxing, it's free to focus on body repair and maintenance. What else would you like to know about the Right Size Diet

Above is my template so you can see l have a decent amount of choices and I use them all. It's never good to eat the exact same food every day, there's lots of science supporting the concept that you can be allergic to any food if eaten to often. I'm a strong believer in natural fat and it's ability to help the stomach digest protein at its ideal rate.
IMPORTANT NOTE: the grams referred to in the RSD are not dry or cooked weight but based off the nutritional labels of your food choices.
EXAMPLE: brown rice i need to get 20 grams of carbs. So i look at the nutrition facts and see that half a cup is 40 grams of carbs. So i know that a quarter cup will give me the correct amount. I started doing it this way because so many clients didn't want to invest in food scales, which are a pain in the ass. I figured everyone has a measuring cup and can read so it just kinda fit
 
It's all relative I'm just under 5 10 around 190lbs 46 inch chest almost 18 inch arms. I've donethe 220 lean adi always preferred my leaner looks, 220 pics below

Thanks brother I've had a fun career in the physique sports. To be honest I didn't expect to get into this kinda shape, figured my age was catching up to me. Now that I'm in this shape I'm definitely going to take the stage again, see how I place in a masters and if I do well I can do something big like estern usas. Itd be fun just to see how i place in a show i won 12 years ago. Physique is definitely more demanding now than when i won so ill have my work cut out for me lol
 
Here's a variety through the years the green speedo shots are the first show I did. It was an online invitational that Serge Nubret put on, he awarded me winner in the novice class unofficially because only 3 guys entered and he didn't want to have to pay out the actual prizes. I was supposed to get a trip to France to train with him but as a compromise he gave me his email and I was allowed to ask him anything. Got some good tips he taught me to use twists as cardio for shrinking the waist, proper way to use tren. He'd dose amphetamine daily "no kidding he said that lol", use a weight that allows you to do a set every 10 to 15 seconds. Eat little during the day because digestion requires blood which kills your pump. I have to check my scrapbook and see if I have printouts

I gave my actual name Chris Suponcic I have a personal page on fb and a business page under S&S Fitness. If people think these are AI then damn I must look better than I thought lol. I post pics a couple times a week on fb Instagram and x. See that's the reason why boards are mostly filled guys with who give out bs advice, they've never competed, never trained anyone and they hide behind usernames. Maybe this will settle things here's me right now hold one of my trophies and my actual ID. If that's not good enough for people then I don't need to take time out of my day trying to pass along my knowledge.

I truly believe in my diet and the methods I teach. Im happy to prove one person at a time that my methods work. So if your going to make the claims I make then you need the balls to stand by them, after all the only thing a man can truly own is his name.
