5'10 190lbs 42 years old, I trained consistently from 18 to 30 after that I didn't touch a weight for 12 years. 6 months ago I decided I was going to get back in shape so I could bring attention to the diet i created. When I was a personal trainer and prep coach I got to try my diet out on every possible body type and it always worked. The Right Size Diet mimics the circumstances necessarily to activate 6 repressed genes, those are the genes responsible for the human race surviving the darkest of time. So with our modern lifestyle of abundance those genes are repressed and in my opinion that's the reason men and women are suffering from low test, high levels of depression, chronic physical and mental illness.

The RSD adjusted for my height, weight, and wrist circumference
Macros. Protein 180 grams, Carbs 100 grams, Fats only naturally occurring from your protein sources "no additional fat added". Daily calories intake approximately 1300

Attached below is the template to my Right Size Diet

Cycle history
Cycle 1. Half cc of Deca Durabolin mixed with half cc of Primobolan taken every other day. Anadrol 50 to 200mgs a day dose increases over a 6 week period. Run this cycle for 6 weeks then switch to Cycle 2
Cycle 2. Half cc of EQ mixed with half cc of Trenbolon Acetate taken every other day. Anavar 30mgs a day

I rotate back and for between these two cycles never needed to increase the dose. These combinations give me slow but steady gains.

This is not a good diet. Way to low on cals and fats.
Honestly your cycle plan is not good either. Your switching compounds before the ones your taking have been at full blood saturation.

Alright so your not getting it when those genes are repressed you have to eat a lot more because body isnt being proficient in its nutrient partioning. It take 2 things to activate those 6 genes fasting and calories scarcity. When the genes are activated 1 gram of protein per pound is all you need. If what I'm saying makes no sense how did Vince Taylor who I've trained with get to 235lbs lean eating 3 times a day never exceeding 2500 calories. As far as how my cycle is designed that came from Kevin Levrone whom I've also trained with, according to him it's the way most pros do it. You change compounds every 6 weeks so your body doesn't start raise cortisol and down regulate your androgen receptors. What are you talking about full blood saturation the drugs half life is how its measured in your system. Just because deca has a half life of ten days doesn't mean it doesn't immediately start working, all orals are immediate, tren ace has a 2 day half life. These drugs start working immediately they don't just stay in your blood stream waiting for weeks they immediately attach to the nearest androgen receptor

I'll tell you what try it for 6 weeks if you don't lose bodyfat while putting on muscle you can call me out. You ever hear of the football player Hershal Walker he at one meal a day and was 225 jacked. Check any Olympic sprinter they all have builds as good as most physique athlete and they eat very low calorie diets. You have to try it to believe it but I'll attach the science below.

This is a diet but it's designed as a way to manipulate genes. These genes are responsible for increased testosterone, hgh, igf1, downregulating myostatin, increases longevity, drives the mitochondria to its most efficient state, and rapidly takes small undeveloped satelite cells maturing them to adult muscle cells. Im 190 maybe 8 percent bf and I'm only eating 1300 calories a day. When my fast starts at 7pm my stomach is done digesting that last meal not later than 1 am. That give my body 7 or 8 hours every night where it can focus solely on healing and repair instead of digesting food. Give it 6 weeks it'll change your life, what have you got to lose. Your blood will be swimming in this anabolic cocktail brought on by the diet

@SSFITNESS I have been studying fasting for around 12 years now a lot. and i'm not talking about listening to some boneheads on youtube. but actualy reading the human studies.

and I am a huge proponent of it. it has a lot of benefits. not sure if you saw my log on evo but i have a fasting log with science backed data. I have fasted myself every single day for the past 9 years and i was one of the early guys in the industry to actually open peoples eyes to it all.

so I am with you on fasting 100% but a lot of bodybuilders still don't believe in it. i would be interested in hearing more about your fasting strategies so would love to have you keep posting up
