I dont truly see a problem with 20 minutes of am cardio.............its a stretch and I will feel like hell all day if I dont do it.........
My carbs werevery low yesterday, but I am finding I am wakling up at 2 am and eating hard.....its weird.....never did that before and not sure I know what I'm doing,,,,last night I had a chicken breast and some casein blend at 2am and dont remember it.......the night before that it was flank steak,,,,,,,,glad I dont keep any shit in the house!!!
I dont know if Ill hit deads today or tomorrow....I might need to fuel up today, swap tomarrows arms for today and crank out deads when I am good and rested tomorrow....thoughts?
