For all of you who doubt the low volume high intensity style training check out my progress pics from the last year. In the first pics I was 214 lbs in the last ones I was about 255. At the current time I am pushing 270 and working my way up to 300 hopefully. I have been working to doggcrapp for any of you who know him and can't say enough good about him. Also, many of you may know my workout partner from ef. "mikeyg"
