You maybe want to think about work as a male model. You have a good physique & look for professional work in that area.

66lbs. Thats a good amount of weight. Great job man!

Ahh the Abercrombie look.. buffed pecs and abs.

Well let's start with the good news... oh what the hell - here's the bad news. YOUR HAIR!! There is nothing brolyilicious about that haircut. I mean like, hello NYC 1989. (just farting around dude relax)

You got a very good base from what I can see. You have figured out the toughest part of bodybuilding so far which is actually getting your bodyfat levels low enough to show your muscles.

Now the hard part... it is hard to critique your physique without knowing your goals. If your goals is to hit the clubs with your shirt unbuttoned and become an instant female aphrodisiac magnet..well you succeeded.

What are you looking for physique wise. What are you happy with? Unhappy with? Legs aren't showing, but big fucking deal. Unless you are competing there is no reason to worry that much about them.

You got an extremely good base for increasing your size with lean muscle if that is your goal. Depending on your diet and training methods you could easily accomplish it.

When you were at 262 I'm assuming your bf% was too high to have the abs you do today. Like several have said, you've got a great base. You can do a lot from where you are right now. Or if you sit tight where you are youre in good shape. How long did it take to lose the 66 and would you say the winny was the biggest help? I assume your diet is strict.

i don't surf. does everyone standing on a beach surf?

Lol ignore these guys bro :). You look pretty good man. I'm sure the girls love the hair too lol.

You look just a tad bloated in a few of those pics so it looks like you could drop some water. I'd try to bring my traps up a little to give you that real full look. Maybe a little work on the very upper chest. Most definantly work on your obliques/serratus anterior. All in all you're looking great man, keep it up!

well... i felt like crap at 262 so i am looking for a happy medium. i feel "small" at my current bodyweight. the outline of my abs showed at 262 and my love handles were lovely:) i was strong though and people thought i was in good shape and HUGE but i felt fat. thus that led me to where i am right now. those pics are about a week old and my hair is not longer anymore. just a regular cut, kindda facing straight forward.. i guess a george clooney look if you will? i have a complex of sorts and still feel as if i am fat... in a way i would like to keep cutting weight but my muscles feel flat. I have no desire of competing... i do it completely for me and no one else. i am about to be officially divorced and am in a serious relationship with someone right now so i def don't do this for the girls. i also don't go to clubs w/o my girl except on rare occasions, and i never take my shirt off in a club - that has to be the lamest thing ever. i do IT work for a living and am happy with that for the most part, so modeling... eh i could never see myself doing that as I am too self concious. It took me a few months to drop the weight... winstrol and primo along with stacker 3's and alot of cardio helped. I didn't diet hardcore, i just watched what i ate but i still splurged now and again. i would cheat usually one day a week but i also ran on the treadmill alot so i don't think it hinders me too much. thx for the constructive criticism. all in all i think i am pretty "healthy" seeing as i don't do rec drugs any longer..... just performance enhancing supplements.

He cut it just for MEEEEE!!!

If your goal is to look good, you have accomplished it. How do YOU feel about it.

Stop thinking back when you were bigger. Walk up to a mirror right now and ask yourself "Is this what I like?" If the answer is yes, nothing left to worry about, you need no other opinions. If the answer is no, report back to why you feel that way and what must happen from now until you get to the point where the answer is "yes".

Depending on your IT work.. it can work for you or against you. Just remember you can sit in that chair all day getting fat off the phantom office calories that magically appear when you are not expecting it or you can make those hours of the day work for you and ensure you eat your short divided meals at a scheduled time.

And don't say no to modeling. I know some guys down here that do it on the side and pull some pretty nice coin. About $600-$1000 per month for a few hours every other Saturday or so. If you are over 6', you can also check out runway modeling, they don't care about your face, just your size and body shape.

Good job Chris Angel. j/k

You're a smart guy. You know what you want, you know how to do it, you succeed. How old are you buddy? I am about to be officially divorced too...lol and I work in the IT industry along with other things...lol
Looks like you know what you're doing, how to workout and you know your body; that's great. Besides, great genetics; good symetry, proportion, size, shape.

congrats!
