You say you want to retain as much mass as possible, correct? Well, in that case, the worst thing you can do is that damn subway diet, and if "c-ditty" knew the least bit of what he was talking about he would realize this.
Examine the facts:
2 Footlong subs per day and a bag of chips with each sub.
Around 1500 Calories
Around 80-110 grams of protein
Around 120 grams of carbs
Anybody who would reccomend this diet for retaining mass doesnt know their ass from a bellybutton, which goes to show the "credability" of a few members.
Keep the calories in the area of 2000 per day
Keep the protein in the area of 200-300 per day
Keep the carbs UNDER 100 GRAMS per day
Keep the fat below 30 grams per day
You dont like to do cardio? At least you are being honest. In that case, WALK to and from the gym. While at the gym, shorten the rest time inbetween sets to keep your heartrate up, and try supersetting to maximize fat burning.
Dont overdo it with the gear. You want to stay on? Fine. Drop the test and eq. Keep a low dose of fina along with some clen.

I do not know this gent either, but from what I can see he has gotten himself fat and now wants to change things. I agree with some of the above posters that it must be tough to be heavy like this, no one who has not been heavy can know what it feels like to be this way(I never have, but my younger brother looked like this, he is getting better with a lot of cardio tho)
I would say the Almighty gives the best advice so far on this thread and I still think it needs to be tweaked a little(sorry almighty lol)
Calories under 2000 and count them, don't be lazy, count!!!
protein at 200mg/day and not any more
carbs under 75g/day
fats 30g and under/day
I agree on the cardio, at least you are being honest. Do this, walk a lot, ALWAYS take the stairs, play some golf or go swimming a couple times a week, ride a bike for a bit in nature, do shit you will enjoy and can get motivated to do.
As far as AS, I wouldn't recommend them. But you seem set on doing them. That said, go for it if you must. There are two, and ONLY, two AS I would recommend for you. I would use winstrol at 50mg ed in 6 week increments(do 6 on 6 off) OR
the other "one" would actually be a combo stack of anavar/gh, but that is going to be pricey.
