Wednesday - LEGS-A
Today is the first leg session of my week, and is predominantly quad biased. Each week Iβm still seeing progressions in all my leg sessions, from load to execution despite the deep caloric defect.
Rate of fat loss is still trending down currently, Iβll be aiming to end the cut in the next 6 weeks - then followed by a controlled reverse into my long awaited push phase post surgery.

bit of a random forearm pump while training legs is always a good sign Iβm chipping away at the fat loss goal - still plenty more to go but on the right path.
