Start the arimidex on week one, and use it as long as you are running the test.

I Agree, Start the Arimidex when you start the Test and run it a couple days past the Prop. Some people like to run it through out Clomid therapy as well but I don't think it is nessasary although it could not hurt if you have enough.

mustang without me doing a long search do you know off the top of your head what the proper amount of creatine and glutamine to take after a slin shot or is it even necessary

Not off the top of my head, I heard 10 grams of creatine but I am not sure. I'll see if I can find out for you buddy

3-5 grams is plenty.
10 is too much at one time.

what about glutamine?..i heard some using this along with creatine and their carb drink 15 min after,,
right now im just drinking my carbs

U can go with 10 grams minimum of glutamine, after a tough workout your body craves it cus it can't makr it's own. Also try 2 grams on an empty stomach b4 bed, does wonders for gh secretion.
