You must consume at least 6g of sugars per iu of insulin. Most take 10g per IU and is what I recomend (especially for the "practice week." You'll know when you start to become hypoglycemic...
NEVER take ECA or CLEN while using insulin. This is not due to any reaction, but the effects on the body can mimic hypoglycemia... until you are experienced with slin use, refrain from these on days you are injecting insulin.
First, you'll need a "practice week." Start off with 5iu on day 1. Then, each corresponding day, move up 1iu. So on day 2, you'd shoot 6iu (either in the morning on non workout days, or ONLY after workouts). So, on day 7, you'd be shooting 12iu.
This is anabolic intself, but the main goal is to test your insulin resistance. The first week is to make sure that you can handle slin injections and that you won't go hypoglycemic with small dosses (if small dosses make you hypo, starting at a large dose can kill you)
Next, you are ready to begin your slin-aided cycle recovery. I would start 3 weeks before my last injection of enthanate. Shoot 10iuin the morning on non workout days. On workout days, I'd shoot 5iu that morning and 12 iu post workout. Run this for 2 weeks then cycle off for a week. Then repeat.
This is a great post cycle boost as AS tends to lead to insulin resistance... which happens to be one reason the anabolic benefits of your cycle subside toward the end.
