Do every body part only once every 10 days. Work to the hardest intensity so that 4 days afterward I cannot move that body part without pain. By the 10th day the pain is gone and I beat it up again. Today is arm day. Today Arms will suffer. I will do everything- Standing Barbell Curls, Dumbell Curls, Reverse Curl, Preacher curls. It will be done to the point where i cannot even lift 35bs without pain.
