If/when you do decide to go for Plastic Surgery... PLEASE spend the $$ on the consultations and find the doc you are most comfortable with and one that really listens to you. I spent a grand more on my implants than other docs quoted me, but I had absolute trust in the doc I chose. Keep in touch mi amiga.

What she said. I did the same thing, I asked about surgeons for about a year before I choose 5 to see before I choose one.

I'm new here but thought I would give my two cents on implants. I had saline implants about 12 years ago. I loved them, but I didn't "shop around" and I believe I got an average job. I also got a large "C" cup (up from a small B) and wished I had gone bigger. They lasted about 9 years and then one "popped". I was pregnant so I had to go with one boob for about a year. When I got them replaced I put silicone in and went up to a D cup. Silicone is much better and I'm much happier as a D cup. (To be honest I wouldn't mind being a little bigger). I'm also under the muscle. Not the perfect "round" look but more natural. I love them and my husband loves them even more.
My advice is go for it but definitely shop around for the right doctor. Also get silicone if you can and go a little bigger than you think you want. I would also wait until you are done with children. I had my first job before, and 3 kids later I was sagging more than I liked. I went bigger on my replacements to take up the skin. If your done having kids then you can get the look you want for the rest of your life. Just my 2 cents worth.
