Approved Log My lifestyle Diet Training Prep log

Today was chest and tricep day. Was a little tired because I think the time change threw me off a bit but still had a good workout.

Barbell bench press: 3x135 3x135 4x135 5x135
Hammer incline chest press: 12x45 8x70 8x70
Hammer chest press: 12x45 12x45 12x45
Machine fly: 15x75 15x75 15x75 12x75
EZ Bar incline tricep extension: 12x60 12x60 10x60 10x60
Cable rope tricep pushdown: 15x60 15x60 15x60 15x40(after third set I skipped the rest time and went straight into the 4th set)

Barbell bench…this is a weird one. I warmed up prior to starting. It seemed like each set got easier than the last one. Thought that was kinda odd. Maybe I am getting stronger than I am giving myself credit for but idk. Also did 15 minutes cardio at the end.
 
that's a good sign that you're feeling like you're getting stronger I like to hear that
