i've got this same problem right now with every shot of tren/mast/prop....my quad is almost unbendable at times unless i move it very slowly and loosen it up...no redness or anything...hurts to flex it or put pressure on it...but i have been sucking it up and hitting cardio in the am on the treadmill for 30 minutes then following up with 10 mins of light pedaling on the bike to loosen it up....it doesn't seem to matter what i do it still takes about 4 days to return to normal.....
