First, just so everyone knows, I'm still researching slin and don't plan on using it until I have a better understanding of a few things. Ok, so here's my question(s). I have decided to use Humulin R. It will obviously be my first time. I can't decide if I want to use it pre or post workout. I'm leaning more towards post because I feel that I could control my sugars better that way and learn how it affects me by using a glucometer. I'm only going to be doing 2-3ius starting off. If I were to do it pre, could I inject 15 mins prior to workout, then sip on some Volugro during my workout and be ok till I get home?(Volugro has 50g of carbs from waixy maize). Or should I do it post workout with some gatorade or grape juice and a complex carbo mix added to it as well? Hope my questions were clear enough. Thanks.
